For covid vaccination they are making people wait for 2-3 hrs and then sending people home and vaccinating their own personal people and with the vaccine available in the centre, still sending people home. Rude reply from the staff and trying to humiliate people.

I highly appreciate the doctors that is available there...but highly disappointed with the staff in the morning shift at the reception ... they are very rude in talking...as well they do not provide the appropriate information...they ladies at reception is more interested in talking and finishing their work...instead of giving attention to the clients/patients...
