Cat square workshopDoes not follow standard practice of Maruti Workshop, have their own policy for billing and adding parts. Please review you bill thoroughly.....(paper as well as on tablet)You be charged even for paper floor mat placed after washing of car / huge sanitization cost (imagine charging that amount from every serviced vehicle in a day, it is just profit making strategy in the name of COVID and several more..And when you ask WM (mr. patidar here) it will be explained that it is across every workshop or maruti same policy is followed but when asked to show charged items in previous services at other stores he denied and arrogantly denied services.Also they are poor on time management, during my previous service i got call that my vehicle is ready at around 4/ 5 o clock. I reached at 6 o clock ans still it took them 1 hour to bring vehicle out from the workshop area for delivery.

Worst service dont go there. There is one lady manager she is very polite and helpful and because of her I am giving 1 star but other staff is worst they were mocking on other staff member who misplaced my key and they made me wait for 1 hour. I were already getting late.other junior staff directly denied in rude way to senior manager.i dont find cooperation among them.

Worst service by a car distributor in Indore. it was my mistake that i gave my Nexa car to Ocean Motors.. they damaged the car and key both and now just call us almost 8kms from our home, but do not repair or give any solution to the key problem. Its been 80 days already. I hope the NEXA team sees this and reverts back atleast now.
