They are not professional at all ..sirf paise ya benefit lena chahte h like other consultancy ...mujhe bola aap hmare yaha HR me kar lijiye work pressure nhi h target nhi h .bas aapko kal aakar trial dena hai .mene socha fresher hu kar leti hu ..Then ... Mujhe next days se bina training diye kam de diya teen din ka trial liye puri shift kam kiya ..fir bolte h trial khatam hua ..ab aapka work dekh kar check karke offer letter de denge...aaj ek hafta ho gya unka koi response nhi ..na kahi or job lagai or na hi inki company me job di ..aaj indore me sari consultancy fake hai ...... Or to or inke office se camera direct ghar se connected hai ..aapko office se bahar koi ghar par baitha insan din bhar dekh raha h ..its so unprofessional behaviour ...And jo bhi freshers waha jati h to fake trial and HR job offer dete h......plz be safe kisi bhi selection k liye trial nhi interview hota h .. I hope girls aware ho isseOr haa aapko yeh bhi bolenge thik h aapka trial khatam ab hum kam karenge kal se ..or last din bolenge aapka work achha nhi h ,, conviencing power low h ,work nhi kar paogi ..Taki job na dene ka reason mil jae ..or to or kaam sara karwa lenge
