I am Gargi Sharma. My mother had undergone knee operation where both the knees were replaced. This was done under the doctor Arvind Rawal. Doctor Arvind Rawal and his team comprising of anaesthetists, physiotherapist and the hospital management are extremely cooperative. Doctor is the best orthopadic surgeon and the knee operation under him went super successful. I strongly recommend people who are to undergo knee replacement must consult him. Thank you so much doctor Arvind Rawal. I also want to appreciate the housekeeping, nursing, canteen staff and admin staff for the kind cooperation and support during my mother stay. I had very bad experience with this hospital to take dr contact details. I visited hospital at 6:00pm on yesterday to consult one of cardiologist doctor but unfortunately doctor left hospital for the day so we asked receptionist (at ground floor) to give contact details but she denied , I requested multiple times but didnt get help from her. Then finally I called at Medanta hospital and they gave contact details even though this doctor not giving service in this hospital now a day still they supported then I consulted with doctor.

At first you will feel that the rules are really annoying but later on you realize its important for the institution and the patient as well. The staff and the quality of service is commendable, some of the staff such as Nurse Anjali and Seema helped us with various tasks during our stay, Mz. Chetna (Admin) helped us with any kind of services we needed to make our stay special, Guard Manisha Verma who made it possible that the patient is never disturbed and lastly but the most important housekeeping staff and especially Mz. Harshit whose attitude was always positive no matter how much we called her for she was active and always available.Vishesh Jupiter gave us the most important gift of our life. But 1 less star is for all the things they dont tell you while you for the enquire before getting admitted.In a nutshell, its more of a resort experience rather then a hospital.

The admin staff of Shubham (5th floor coordinator), Shadab (billing), Rafiq (billing manager), and one other person whose name is escaping me at the moment (I think it was Sourabh..) did a great job with the billing and claims process. And last but not least the support staff of sisters, brother, helpers, ward boys/girls were all amazing.This hospital is combining healthcare and hospitality service into one neat little package to provide a wonderful experience. Some might find the cost to be slightly higher, but you cannot put a price on exceptional care and service. It is important that a patient is given the best treatment. The facilities are clean and fresh and new and hygienic. It helps with the healing process. Trust me you do not want your loves ones to be in a dirty facility. Nobody wants to go to a hospital where the sisters and brother are wearing dirty clothes, there is tobacco spit on the walls, the floor and equipment are dirty and dusty with cobwebs in every corner. It depresses the mind and slows the bodys will to heal.Dont get me started on the food. It is really good and very fairly priced. Arguably the best paneer paratha that I have ever eaten. And the portions are good too.We are life long customers (patients) and we will recommend everybody to use their services. Provided the hospital continues to maintain this great standard and level of care.One comment that I have would be for the city to fix the service road from Teen Imli Square to Crystal IT Park. Such an important hospital is situated on the service road but the road access is terrible. How would ambulances and emergency services reach the hospital?? The city should look into fixing the road. Its just one patch that is quite bad. Obviously this is not a reflection on the hospital because they dont control it but on the Indore Municipality.
