Very poor service and worst behaviour of staff as well doctors. I was given appointment one day earlier but receptionist refused, again after so many discussion doctor Vallabh Gupta kept me waiting for more than three hours. Dont ever go to this place.

Give wrong reports and misleads patient. Sonography is completely wrong.

Had the option being available, I would have given it zero star.Charges double rate.For eg- Currently Government mandated rate for RT-PCR covid test is Rs 700, but they are charging Rs 900.Similarly for CT scan they are charging 4500 instead of 3000.

Careless diagnostic centre. this centers give very misleading and wrrong report.

Had called them for an appointment for sonography، receptionists told us that they will not give any appointment on phone, but its first come first serve based, and told us that it open at 8 am, we reached there before 8 am , the receptionist there told. Us to wait till 10 am as the specific staff can give appointments, we had to wait till 10 amAnd when again we checked with them they arrogantly said that the doctor wont arrive today.They could tell this to us without making a pregnant lady wait for 2.5 hrs..Worst service and most inhuman behaviour.

Openly talks about giving doctors commission. Charges double for same tests. DO NOT GO FOR CT SCAN here!

Employees do not have the ability to talk, they charge arbitrary money from patients, arrangements are not well

RTPCR report will be available in a day

The Lab is so casual in preparing the report that my S.G.O.T and my S.G.P.T values were reported 10 times higher by adding one zero to actual value. This came to my notice when I got the test done in another Lab. I would never suggest any patient to visit this Lab.

Over all rude and unprofessional behavior of staff. Staff is all time talking to each other. No one aatend properly to patients. Dont have professional manner to talk with patient. No managerial system is their.

Staff are really pathetic.Dont have manners how to talk.Call d patient at the center for appointment n never give d appointment, evn after multiple visits.Not evn deserve a single star.

Staff is very arrogant, no respect of patients. They have no sense how to give respect to the patients.Even the X-ray technician is taking X-rays without closing the door, I asked them to close the door the technician told me to seat some where else.First time had very bad experience here. Need to improve a lot.

Male doctor do the sonography and no credit or debit card swap machine to pay the amount. Receptionists are not polite, not recommended.
