Unique hospital annapurna road is one of the best hospital of indore, i have admitted my husband in covid ward of this hospital, each staff is concerned for thier admitted patient and ready to help in any ways, homely care for the isolated patients. Dr. Neema and his team is a perfect examples of seva aur samarpan.

I wish I had seen the reviews before admitting my patient in this hospital....My patient died in the ICU and when I queried with the duty doctor Dr. Sandeep he said he was not there...A duty doctor not on duty is a crime....List of doctors of unique should be made public and these people should be barred from medical practice...Dr. Neema either mend your ways or shut your shop (Dukan) ...may God grant your loved ones a slow and painful end....

They are sophisticated goons, common people don’t have choices to select hospital in this pandemic, and if you add your patient in this hospital, be ready for unnecessary billing.They charged 1500/- for 1 PPE par day, we all know that 1 PPE kit doctor uses for at-least 12 hours, and they might have added same charges in every patient bill.PPE kit hardly cost around 300/- to retail customers, wherein hospitals buys in bulk, they definitely get in cheaper rate.This hospital ain’t ready to agree upon this.Be careful when you admit your patient.

This is the worst hospital to go in case of emergency..they just want to get money from they are not concerned if you live or die.. i took my father to this hospital in night around 11 pm he had really bad medicine reaction he was not able stand and was loosing consciousness.. but instead of treating him they asked for the 26000 advance and asked us to admit him in covid ward that will be 18000 per day. as they don’t have any normal bad available.. they refused to give primary treatment to him and was forcing us to admit him then only they will treat him.they kept us waiting for 45 minutes when demanded for basic treatment they said either admit him or take him home. they are not running hospital they are running money making factories.. their licenses should be canceled for such practice.. if you want to taken seriously and want good treatment don’t ever go to this hospital and ask you relatives to avoid to.. i wish I could give negative rating to this hospital.

I was having very bad experience with this hospital, I was admitted at morning 6.30 am and even at afternoon no doctor came to see me, every time my son asked they tell doc is about to come. When we put this complaint at reception even receptionist responded very rudely and arrogantly and asked us to discharge and see some other hospital.Staff not ensured proper care and even not informed for non availability of doctor, staff were careless and arrogant. had such bad experiemce. Suggest not to go in this hospital there were other hospital nearby they are small in size but they do care for their patient.

It is my opinion Dont go for this hospital while if you need small or emergency things. This hospital only make money to patients. It give small features not operate with plaster. It give packages for operation.and packages will be very high. At the time package said you not given anything except medicine required. When discharge time said you paid extra money for blood report and x-ray. It is not included this. And all staff is very irresponsible for duty. Doctors and nurses in this place are really good but the cleanliness and the structure of the building leaves something to be described, My mom was in the ICU for 3 days and the waiting area was cralcraw with bedbugs ,Imagine your self in emotional pain worrying about your loved ones and in physical as well because of the constant bedbugs bite. This made me question the level of cleanliness in the other parts of the hospital as well.

If you really love your loved ones and dont want them to die or suffer, I would highly recommend that please avoid going to this hospital. I have visited there day before yesterday, all employees is not attentive, my nephew was seek and almost lost conscious, due to lake of knowledge we take her to this hospital, first there is no parking available which is very bed... Then hospital employees are not ready to do primary treatment they says we dont have children facility.... Rubbish....then I ask for ambulance but they again says sorry not possible.... Very bed experience ... finally one of our relative come with car and we admit her to another hospital which is situated in 1.5 km distance...

They waste lot of time in billing process at time of discharge, also keep your files safe on your own because here files can walk on its own, otherwise all facilities and staff is excellent.

There is a lot of waiting time to get admitted. If they realise you have company Mediclaim then the charges come out of nowhere. Despite repeated attempts to bring to their attention the discomforts faced, they just keep on injecting you with fluid. They actually told me I can leave after a day despite knowing that the previous nights condition was horrible. No thorough investigation was conducted apart from regular blood test and X ray. My symptoms continued and I ended up seeing another doctor who diagnosed it correctly as typhoid rather than fever. Also, the staff who had to change the sheets, actually woke me up and asked me to sit in the chair while I was burning with fever and chills and was sleeping so that she can do her job. I know its their job, but is it at the cost of discomfort of the patient?

I have worst experience in this hospital so far , staff doesnt know how to treat patient ,brother mohan from dressing staff use abusive language while talking to patient on 3-5-18 , he himself told that he doesnt know anything about dressing , i also wrote a written complain reguarding the issue. I advise managment to recruit a sensible, responsible, tecnically sound and well behave person instead of putting any one to serve patient.

For the first time in my life, I have seen the management of a hospital (Nutan Vyas and Pramod Neema) so hungry for money,Although the full bill payment for treatment is done at the time of discharge as per the rules, the hungry wolves here submit you full and final payment before the operation.Humanity is not a mere name in this, even if your patient is suffering with broken limbs, but until you pay the full bill of these hungry wolves, these operations will not even put hands on your patient.They do 100 operations in free and get their names registered in the world book record and on the one hand, save their money by telling the same data under their CRS, and the administration is seen as very devout in the eyes of the administration.I admitted my family here on 13/3/2021 with a fracture in hand, but continued to pretend not to have an operation and treated for 4 days and paid a bill of 60,000.We had given 30,000 advances. And also deposited 55,000 rupees immediately (operation package), but these hungry bare wolves did not get full stomach and started to pay 60,000 rupees to the rest, that they should pay their patients now or else Discharge, and will deposit the money back from the check after 15 days and on these rupees, these 15 days will eat interest, poor poor hungry people who stay.@Nima ji,Give your administrative officer Nutan a little humanitarian lesson, it will be good for your hospital.

Unique hospital is the first choice for all the villages around Rau, Rajendra Nagar, Annapurna area... I have also done bowel treatment here in the year 2000, all the tests are done in the hospital itself, all the doctors staff are soft spoken, Especially the owner of the hospital, Orthopedic (Knee implant) specialist Shri Pramod Neema and Gastroenterologist Shri Ram Inani, are excellent doctors...Only one thing is lacking and that is the parking system is very bad here...the hospital management needs to pay attention to the parking arrangements...
