She helped me navigate and guided me to different tests with such an ease from start to the end of my check up. Neat and clean hospital,staff and drs are very cooperative and polite in nature, breakfast given to patient is very hygienic and good in taste.

The hospital has started charging 900 ₹ for general physician. Outrageous fees for an average dr. I was suffering from fever and thought to check up with Dr. Dr suggested for blood profile for dengu and cbc, Apollo hospital charges was 2700 ₹. Central Lab charged me1089 for the same. My humble request is that hospital should lower their prices

Very good hospital. My father was admitted in the hospital on 20th August 2021 with complaint of high fever and was given the best of the treatment in the Hospital. The staff in the hospital Doctors, para medical staff & housekeeping are one of the best. My inter action with some of the Doctors was excellent namely Dr. Ashmeet Choudhary, Dr. Matin Qureshi, Resident Doctors on third floor & nursing staff and housing keeping staff. Food served to patients is also very good. Some the pictures of my father are posted. I wish the Apollo Hospital at Indore & their team all the best.

I am very much happy with overall experience at apollo hospital indore.. all systems procedures and management here is very good.. doctors staffs nureses security guards.. all are very much helpfull..!! my father has undegone Angiography and angioplasty here..but here i experienced some problems also which i want to share.1. hospital is not providing special treatment for haemorrohoids and fissures.. there were no specialist doctor and cabin and machinery and instruments for this.. actualy i came here for my own treatment for this purpose which i didnt get.. still i am with other fascilities..2. here there are no arrangements for patients attending person.. he has no place to sleep no sofa etc..3 here there are no much arrangement for opd washrooms4... here there is no proper arrangements for drinking water here and ther.. which is much needed5.. AC is here.. its very nice facility.. but there should be arrangements in such manner so that we can choose how much low or high temperature we need..

I went there for paid vaccination of my friend with second dose all the way from another city after taking appointment.When we reached there they simply rejected to vaccinate him by saying we can not open a vial for a single dose, it will be wasted.Please do not take appointment in such cases, your point might be okay but you should be aware that people are not sitting in your lobby and taking appointment, we also need to plan our day accordingly.

A awesome way to take review from public coming for vaccination.1. After vaccination make them wait for 30 mins saying the person may feel dizzy.2. And while they are waiting asking them to rate 5 star on google.Changing my 5 star to one as its not the way to improve there rating.

The hospital is very good. All the staff here is very good. The doctors, nursing staff, guards and everyone is very helpful and provides guidance whenever needed.

First of all the vaccination center is NOT in Apollo hospital campus they should provide the location correctly while booking the slot.We need to wait for min 8 members to be available to start the vaccination, I waited for around an hour.Of Im paying for something I should not wait for such things.Need proper management in KK vaccination center

Nursing staff is vigilant and on the toes for any medi support required. Cleanliness 8s superb. Satisfactory security. Best doctor team no doubt . Although the room AC and beds need upgradation as they are too old, manual beds with chiller dependent AC. Overall it was a good experience being here for 2 surgeries.

Excellent coordination by Usha madam for health check up

Today me and my wife visited here for 1st dose of covid shield vaccination. With in an hour we were free. Staff is humble.General waiting time is 30 to 45 minutes. And then 15 minutes for vaccination.Once you reach here first register yourself. Then follow the process. They will ask for which vaccine is applied for. After vaccination 30 minutes waiting period.

Good hospital but probably not able to handle the load of patients. The coordinator staff does not know how to reduce crowd gathering unless someone from the crowd speaks up and suggest. Staff need to learn how to maintain physical distance between the visitors and plan vaccination management ahead of time.

Staff n services are good. I will recommend to others for this hospital.

Low rating is for worst management ever. The doctors are good however and didnt screw up anything (as of yet) so I am not giving it lower. They didnt specify the exact location was not the hospital but the nursing home. And when we reached during allotted slot we again had to take another appointment for billing. Had to wait for more than an hour before we can proceed for billing and then wait some more before vaccination and afterwards(which was expected but by then it was already grating on peoples nerves). The management was inefficient in allocating time effectively.

SERVICES WERE GOOD BUT THE ATTENDANTS OF PATIENT WERE NOT PROVIDED WITH PROPER ACCOMODATION WHILE THE PATIENT WAS IN OT.and ICU.PRESENT ARRENGEMENT IS NOT UP TO THE MARK. ONE SET OF WASHROOM IS INSUFFICIENT FOR 15/20 ATTENDENTS.

Pathetic experience, I only want to say that theres mismanagement.1. No gync was available on 17th Sept.2. No kit available for pap smear test3. Toilet was very very dirty, no one cangive urine sample.4. Only one TMT machine is there for ahuge queues5. No one cares for patients who camefor health check-up since morningtill 4 pm
