I can say that DTDC, Indore is the WORST service provider. My parcel arrived here on 27th Aug. but they didnt deliver until today (31st). They DO NOT have contact no. to reach to them. Finally, I had to go to the office to collect my parcel.

No one is responding on the call or mail. Wont able to get the update. DTDC Mumbai confirmed that the product will be couriered by May 21, 2021. However, as on date it is not delivered and no one is picking up the call or reverting on mail.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCEThey make commitments of delivering the parcel but they are not fulfilling their commitments. My parcel reached Indore on 21st April 2021 but today is 24th April and they have not yet delivered my parcel.I am calling them from last 3 days, everyday they say that they will deliver it on that same day.They dont even pick up the calls after making commitments. Today, I called them and said that I want the parcel today as I am going home town and wont be able to take the parcel few days, the customer support staff said that it will be delivered within an hour. But she didnt pick up my call afterwards, declined my call and even switched off her phone. Atleast they should admit that they wont be able to deliver due to unavoidable circumstances. Ignoring the customer shows how bad they are in maintaining professionalism.

I never get my package on my place. Everytime I have to visit & find my package in there office.

Third class service, first they call you and inform they are coming to deliver parcel and after 2-3 days you are still waiting for parcel

My food parcel is pending at their office since from 3-4days they dont deliver it till date...if that item spoil I will take legal action on them

Worst services I have ever seen. Their executive are making false commitment. My parcel status is In trasit From past 17 days. They didnt even bother to reply the customer. Every time thay will change their commitment. Only false commitment. I didnt get my parcel yet. Even after multiple follow up.

Service provided by this Company is worst and pathetic. They charge more than double the charge for normal delivery but they deliver parcel very late. People at DTDC courier makes false commitments. They are really useless fellows. They should shutdown the company - DTDC ... So called express ltd.

I parceled my stuff and they lied me that my stuff will be shipped by air and they did it via road.They lie too much and their delivery time is too long. It takes aprox 20 days for them to deliver from indore to delhi.Dont go for dtdc.you will be frustrated.

AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECIEPT COURIER IN JABALPUR HUB, STILL NOT DELIVEREDEmployees behavior are very bad, they behave like they are doing favour on us and not providing services on time after taking money.This courier is only have name, no commitment nothing.Its better to go for local courior services, they are far more better and responsive.

I always need to visit there warehouse to collect no contact details no enfo after goods arrive on hub, after 5 day of holding they sent back small parcel without contacting, bad service atleast thay should have working phone no. Which is not there at all.

RAKHI BOOKING 25 July from Hyderabad, ON TRACKING IT SHOWS 1 Aug. FDM prepared for Raghogarh Dist. GUNA. BUT RAKHI NOT DELIVER YET. INDORE OFFICE NO RESPONSE EXTERMELY POOR SERVICE. AT MY HOME TOWN COURRIER they told parcel NOT REARCH. Festival gone still have no information about my parcel.

Booked and paid for courier to dtdc on 20 July from iit bombay . Till now on 29 July no where about . Absolutely no proper response . 10 days from mumbai to Indore , still not received .

Worst dtdc company my parcel was coming from mumbai to indore but it was undelivered it was very very important parcel but due to lack of negligence from them it could not be delivered

Very poor service. parcel was dispatched from delhi office on 1 week back .tracking site not updated .when requested for current location of parcel AFTER 4 Days no one responded.on 5 th day of dispatch when i enquired they straight away said NOT RECEIVED.THEN WENT TO APEX OFFICE next day personally, nothing happened.but one thing i could make out that they have already received the parcel but did not scan upload and deliver. that was highly casual unprofessional and inresponsible.so i went again next day with CD no arranged from delhi office.this time they were speechless and handed me over the parcel at the office in the evening saying we hv just received in morning only.I suggest it is better to opt for some local courier service rather than DTDC.
