Blue dart is a service organisation . Services are required to be improved accordingly and best to the satisfaction of its customers .Faith must not get shaken . Improvement in services will positively increase creditability of this prestigious institution . Just focus on counter communication- skill of the employees and mainly delivery services. Tracking id:- 89218522304. Not delivered and they gave the remark consignee not available. Why they keep such a lazy, unprofessional, cheater delivery boy. This is the 3rd time i am facing the issue. Every time same reason consignee not available. Always i have to collect parcel from their offices or if its a bank documents i have to collect ot from bank. Worst service. please i request every one dont handover any important parcel or documents to them. Blue dart is a Very irresponsible, lazy and rude company.

Speaking from experience with them across multiple shipments. They usually delay the parcel. There is no option than to wait for it. So many times, the courier delivery person has lied that he found the office closed as a reason for non delivery even when we were there the entire time. The people at the office are rude and irresponsible. Basically, I try to avoid receiving parcels from them and specially request my senders to avoid sending through bluedart to Indore.

It is not at all good because when you talk with the management then they not only ignore you but also they try to discard you as soon as possible. I visited blue dart indore both vijay nagar and south tukoganj office and there management is worst of all time as they dont prefer your opinion and they just what they have to. Poor service quality.

Big distribution and pickup centre for bluedart, the office staff arrives at around 930. They are polite and helpful. As usual keeping level upto the mark of bluedart. As far as calls are concerned they dont pickup the calls as i saw they are really busy and sincere with their work.

Even though the order arrived at the facility on 20th Oct at 10:45am, they said theyll deliver the product on 22nd. It was supposed to get delivered on 18th only. I had to go out of town for few days but because of them, Ill have to stay here for 2 days more. At first Paytm Mall delayed the dispatch and now Blue Dart is delaying the delivery intentionally.Really very pathetic service.UPDATE: I get no message or call regarding the delivery and then they updated the status as delivery attempted but cant locate address.Case in consumer court should be filed against such fraudulent service providers.
