Update: parcel received thanks to courier company. Of course, Prakash namkeen didnt help and the parcel was damanged.. But, got lot many flavours in right amount... Only if they work on their customer service, it could be a good company to order from!--------------------------Terrible terrible customer service... I had by mistake added wrong address. I called them next day and said if they cant change the address then please cancel order and I will pay cancellation charges. But they said that they can deliver to the right address.. But yet, the courier was shipped to wrong address and their executivedidnt help all he said was please manage this time... Really terrible customer service and disappointed.. Had heard alot about Prakash namkeen.. Guess Ill just pass them..

Order id 21897, placed on 12th jun..still no update.

I order some items on 26th oct 2020. After 4 days while tracking my order I found no order was delivered . I called the concerned person , he couldnt satisfy me. Today its 31st oct. Order status is same, not delivered.

Incomplete orders received.kindly check and update.no one is receiving the call.
