This is a small township with standard plot size of 1500x or above, they have already developed and maintaining wellSecurity :From security point of view this is constructed under society boundaryMaintenance :Proper roads and lightings are therePower Back up :I dont know about electricity wther they have their power backup for society or inidividual transmitter but one can definetly install by his/her ownPossession :For posession they dont delay much as most of the property is sold outConnectivity :From bypass its near 4km and it takes 6km to reach bengali squareCommunity :Since starting their pricing were double as compare to near by cities so definetly you notice healhy environment P.S : No middle class at all :P( though I heard people are conservative here inside )amenities :Apart from outdoor activities gardens There is no such place particularly for gettogether or for any sports like gym, swimming pool,Registration :Congratulations this city is now under government authorisation ( under nagar nigam ) however kindly check wether this is RERA registered or not as that is something legalised by government now.Conslusion :This is situated in kanadia just 4km away from D-mart store, the city is well maintained no doubt though as this there is limited plot and area under society you dont have acess to other services like I mentioned above, for investment point of view this is not a good choice from my point of view again if you are looking for standard peacefull place we you can consider your kids future then this is something you can go for, The point is as this is premium sort of you can definitely experience peace.Thanks for readingApoorv Mathur : )
