A good to go reality project

Locality is good but construction quality of 2 ways home is poor. Better make your own construction. And yes offcourse price is unreasonably high. Finally dropped my plan to buy.

Still at development stage.MR11, the selling pont of township has not even being started constructing by local authorities, and that makes the township a bit inaccessible from the main roads of the city.Two way homes are good, but ate only 3BHK units

Incomplete amenities. Sales man was getting irritated. No scope of further development of amenities. No option of ready to move in apart from 2 way homes.

Poor construction quality, and the guard place in the gates misbehave with the people just because you came back in wrong side from the colony. specially the person with dark complexation in main entrance . No recommended.

I visited this place. The idea is good but 101 amenities concept doesnt look practical. They wont develop until they sell decent homes/flats. Their 2 way homes are good but they are pricing it more than 1 Cr, which is like staying next to Bombay hospital. Sales guys have poor communication, you need to ask for many follow ups. Also I am not sure they will be able to completely develop this society in next 4 years. Size of land is too too big internally.Overall this is a good and attractive plan but very much depends on the good execution of it in future.

Good township with lot of open space currently. Streets are very wide comparing to other townships in the area. However, it lacks swimming pool, club house, garden, maintenance charges are high in this respect. It will some time for development of the township and vicinity.
