I booked plot in Singapore lifestyle in Nov2018 and now they have called for registry...now they are asking me to pay development fee of 150/- per sqft which is totally baseless. When I had booked plot there were rate of only 1600-1700 and I was told all development charges are included in the price I booked which was 1860/-. Then also they are asking me to talk to person to contact who sold me this and office staff doesnt know what was the deal...how irresponsible they are or making client fool by making false commitment. I am still waiting for the reply(I have taken the loan also and now they are doing all this) and will keep posting the reviews with Names and Exact details if it is not resolved positively.Forgot to mention, when I had booked in 2018, road work was almost done and they havent asked me any time to pay in last TWO years for development fee if this was not included in my booking price..:)
