They promised me rates of Rs 1850 per sqft while visiting, and i was ready to give token amount as I thought rate will be increased soon but he told rate will be same as committed by him, but after 2 weeks when I went to give him taken he changed rates to Rs 2000 per sqft. So I denied taking a plot here who cannot be a man of his words.

Approach Road is not developed so far. But builder is building society very well.
