Good tilles comparatively at reasonable price.I purchased for my home.but they delay tiles order.
Pathetic customer service. Visited there couple of times in a month, everytime some would quote different prices for same tiles. The tiles I wanted to buy was out of stock, was promised a call back asap regarding the availability of the same, still waiting for the call. The people working there are void of any professional courtesy.
Infrastructure is good but, customer service is very bad.No receptionist or manager . Only one man tackling doubts of numerous customers, hence he unable to properly address customers. Then there are 2 peons they can give you glass of water and tea.In short they lack staff members and has poor management system.
