The worst possible place to source any product from. Unresponsive staff. The owner is rude and not supportive at all.I purchased a benq short throw projector. DX808STInitially at the time of purchasing, I was told that if I buy online I wont have the service backup.My projector (bought from pacific marketing) lasted for less than one year. When taken to pacific marketing, I was told to spend some 13000 rupees for the repair.I understand that some parts dont have warranty, etc etc but the behaviour of the owner and the staff is totally unacceptable.I dont recommend Pacific Marketing at all.Also Benq India should reconsider having such distributors.Although all this has been communicated with Benq India as well, still awaiting a response.
