Not maintained, mostly lifts are not working.Cleanliness zero.Seepage in flats, construction is very bad.

I have been living in Balaji Skyz since last 2 years. A beautiful society with all the basic amenities n club house. The security is good n you need not to worry for anything. People are really amicable n friendly. Lots of functions n activities happen time to time.

Decent place to live. Could be better managed. There is water problem and the maintenance is not up to the mark

Good society with all the amenities.It has club house,gym, swimming pool and a temple inside the society premise.Only one shop outside the society to buy regular items.Things are not readily available.Inside there is vegetable shops but he sells at exorbitant rates.No solar connection given for hot water.Also pipeline gas has not yet come to this society.Even corporation water not available.

A little city within a city. While the amenities that this housing society provides has probably been matched by a lot of other groups its residents and their qualities, their welcoming smiles and the correspondingly discouraging attitudes of the security staff make this a great place to live in.

I love this place because the idea of making it is amazing but there is one problem and that is the spaces of the room are less 😯😯 but its there is much places for children to play and here all the festival celebrate its amazing place because I am living here since 1 year

One of the gud society near outer ring road. All facilities are available. And people are very cultural. All festival are celebrated socially here. Specially navratri garbha training and performance.

Its very nic complex... security is very good.....got a very good ambience and swimming pool is well maintained and lot more

Though we didnt plan to buy a flats here but the sales team was very co operative and.flats are nice
