Zero star rating is not available to I am giving 1 star to this company, even single star is more for this company. We have made few orders and our experience is horrible. They supply faulty machine and when you will ask them to installation, they will ask extra amount for that. We had an interation with Mr. Vishal and he is very unprofession person. Neither have sense of talking nor any tecnical knowledge. So avoid this.Edit 1: Vendor visited and said that he already mentioned the amount of calibration in the quotation. However, when documents produced nothing was found about this. His lie was caught, so he left immidietely with shame. Neither he talked to any authority nor the matter solved.

Vendor response is complete vague. He never said that he will provide external calibration. He was only asking INR 5000/- for NABL calibration. Initially, in the quotations, he didnt mentioned any calibration charges. he didnt talk to any authority and matter is not solved yet.
