Delayed delivery, rude staff, vegetables supplied is worst quality, fresh vegetables they had delivered second day at 4 pm.When i check the vegetables all are not fresh and potatoes are 2 months old they are squeezing and water was coming from them.I felt cheated than i called there call centre they told me its your problem why you have accepted the order.It means always when you buy anything from ondoor please check the quality quantity and correctness of your order afterwards they will not entertain any issues.Hats off to such a worst store.

During tough time period like lockdown, we called on provided no. 5-6 times but always got same answer kripiya Karke Pratiksha kigiye, very bad. If this is the service then why do they ask for home delivery services.Not appreciated! 2/10

Horrible experience of online order. Placed order on 9th March. Delivery not received even after 3 days. On contacting customer care by mail, they said it is out for delivery. Store calls up to say sorry items not available due to Holi on 10th. Very unprofessional and undependable.

Ondoor Is good place for daily need items , but not all range is available here for all products , you can consider it as a kitana shop where you can full fill your requirement only ,not with all brands. Overall good place for daily need also supportive staff there. Thanks

Ondoor is a super market is a place of 10000 variety products. There is every product of daily use such as kirana items , vegetables, etc and all packed food items. There is discount at some items but on more items rate is high as compared to market rates or traditional kirana shops.

I visited with my family today, Staff is very unprofessional, my wife was waiting at billing counter for her turn, 2 other customers came in between and staff processed their bills. We requested staff to follow queue, but staff replied Madam, woh customer ka saman kaam haiHow does that matter, I think , owner need to give them training, or it will be another shop to shut down after scheme no 103.
