Pathetic service nobody even bothers to pick your call up.My corporate laptop was not booting up and they were assigned for service.
Worst ever service center visited till time.Staff is very arrogant. Only purpose is not to respond to customers properly.
I really wish there was a minus rating available here. This place deserves as many negative ratings as possible. They have the most pathetic service EVER. Theyll take your money, and completely damage your laptop instead of actually repairing it. THEY ARE FRAUDS. AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. The staff was unprofessional and lack of knowledge they are behaved very ridiculous and dont know how to talk with customers they broke my laptop screen hinge instead resolving any problem HP has to take back franchisees from this is sysnet the receptionist Kamal Patel dont have manner to talk to customer
Very poor service , plus the people here are frauds , they will take your system( laptops) ask you to keep it with them for a day or two and will corrupt your system. I faced a similar problem , a guy named MANISH will meet you explain you the problem and take yor laptop inside , they do everything with secrecy. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY AND THIS PLACE, they are all frauds
Worst service provided . Not expected that hp will provide such a ridiculous service . Called many times but not answered a single call. Even personal contact no. provided is temporarily not in service since august . Wow! What the professionals they are..

Usually no wait here. Service can be done within 10-30 minutes depends on condition of product. Always bring a photocopy of bill of the product before reaching here. And do not lose the pink receipt proof of submission of your product otherwise youll have to buy 100rs stamp and lots of extra effort to take what is yours.

Pathetic experience, worst among all HP service center, just to tell what is problem they took around 8 days.When I reached there to get my laptop took more than 1 hr.They never told me what is issue with laptop.
The worst possible service you could get. Customer is given last preference and they dont even have the courtesy to respond back to calls, or to give status updates. Makes you stay on the line for 30 mins without accomplishing anything. Its been months without a status update. I dont know why a reputed company like HP has given these guys authority to service HP laptops.

Worsst service center, they said it will take 4-7 days to start looking into what do problem is, then it will take 10-15 days for the parts to come and then a 7 days time to place it. Sorry, but i did not buy the laptop to not being able to use it for over a month. The same job got done outside in an hour with out any ifs and buts, HP shud not loot ppl by selling extended warranties and giving service this way.
Its worst really a bad experience next time I am not interested to give any thing in this technologies.
