These guys act professionals but doesn’t have good technicians. I had to gave my phone for like 4 times because they don’t check and send your devices properly. I would suggest to go any other repair shop rather than paying double at phixman.

It is one of the worst decision you will make for your phone. They charge you double of local market prices and deliver nothing. Cheap technician who have no knowledge and expertise. Zero professionalism. May as well drop your phone in bin. Absolutely disheartening. This start up is crashing down.

Hello guyz,I had given my Oneplus 3 for repair at Phixman Services,IndoreThey had provided poor services the representatives doesnt respond.The were to repair screen, but post repair my phones display and sim tray got damaged For further repair they are charging for me and phixman technicians are not qualified

Not an optimal solution for yoyr broken device.they claim that they provide original parts of any phone at half the rates of original.i spend around 9000rs on my broken phone but at the end got cheap quality repair and my problemcwas never solved. Instead they said issue is from my side and not from them.its better to service center than here cause you might be spending a little more there but you get a quality repair.

Worst service, I chose them over the street shops even though they were charging higher since they offered warranty and thought they would use quality spares. My phone was replaced with a very cheap quality display that developed hairline crack accross the display within a week of replacement even with the regular usage and no drop or stress. When contacted them, they denied warranty quoting physical damage while there was none.Worst service and false promises....please avoid and better look for alternatives than wasting your precious earned money....would never ever recommend them to anyone.

First i thought it will be a good solution to get pickup, drop and repair without moving. But Trust me, i have never seen such a pathetic service in Indore. Its better to get it done from a street shop. Even they are particular then you. For pickup, i have to call 2 times. Executive reported me that your mob will get deliver today. Its been 3 days from your commitment date. I call everyday to please get it deliver, but they just assure. At last, thanks to vikas from delhi who get it done finally. Guys, i have no personal issues with you. But if you want to grow, develop a proper channel, someone to check what is happening. A proper customer service is the only key to success in this repairing solutions. Trust me, what happened give a straight mark to Do not recommeded it to anyone

I Book a online appointment with them and their executive came to my place and and took my laptop and repaired it.I got my laptop with a 2 days of timeI prefer phixman of all those are having issues with laptop and mobile.

Recently I had a nightmarish experience with PHIXMAN, INDORE. I gave them my iphone 4S for servicing on 18/2/18 which they collected after repeated reminders and gave back to me within 2 hours and charged me Rs. 1000/- as explained to me earliar. But the worst part was that after servicing my phones incoming voice quality reduced to less than 50% of before servicing status. When I complained to their local person namely Mr. Nanak he told me that my volume buttons are not working and need changing and that will surely improve my incoming voice back to original.Unfortunately I was convinced and very next day I gave back my mobile to collecting person and they charged me Rs. 750/- for replacement. ( they never shown me old defective part and I do not know they replaced it or not). And when my phone came back I was surprised to find that there was no change in my problem. So I decided not to pay, they started threatening that they will take back my phone and hence on the promise that my problem will be amended on Monday ( as next day was Sunday) I reluctantly paid them full amount.On Monday despite my several calls to Mr. Nanak no body appeared to take my phone. So I decided to contact them on their website and for two days I sent them my complaint and every time it was announced that they will come revert back after 24 hours, but nothing happened.It is really sad that they present like masters in their fields with 3 months gurantees and charge exuberantly for their meagre services and then ----- then they never respond to customers complaints and always give lame excuses. I give them a BIG ZERO for the services and this experience and hope that this shop in Indore will close down like the previous one. Since this site is not posting it without star rating I have to click on one star which they do not deserve.

Horrible customer service. Only one hopelessly uncooperative guy answering your queries all the time. I went with them because of the so called three months warranty they said theyll provide for my Asus Zenfone 2s display and touch panel. After their repair, my touch wasnt working properly- strange keyboard behavior on typing, rough scrolling experience and most importantly not supporting tap to unlock . Contacting them for support only resulted in a disrespectful and discourteous customer service response. They can twist their warranty conditions as per they like and theyll very conveniently convey that any problem with your phone during the warranty period is all on you. The one star I gave is just for the reason that they pick your phone up from your address and give it back. But a horrendous experience otherwise.

Suspicious service, not a genuine repair. They outsourced to some local shop for repair of Samsung Galaxy S8 glass even damaged the screen instead of replacing the same. Now they are asking me to pay 13K for display replacement.
