I bought a lenovo laptop worth rupees 50K. After coming home I found that speakers are not working. After checking the laptop we found that there are no speakers in the laptop. That was very dissapointing for us. And there is one more case. When we were buying the laptop, our First choice was a higher version which costs 57K. In other shops that laptop was of 64K. When we detailed that laptop box, we found that the box seal is totally opened.

I have to pay interest + GST on emi + your 2.5% extra (fraud money) = 5000 extra.Why you charged 2.5% extra on credit card transaction, you should bear the cost as you are merchant as per RBI .FRAUD !!! My experience they dont care there old customers just trying to focus on new customers. Worst staff, fully non technical and only focused on selling. They just focus on brand and name if you ask more on that definitely they cant explain. They just focus on sell they dont care about what customers want. Why they are forcing there customers to give good reviews. Recently I visited here as well with my requirements list but they behave very badly. Even I spoked with Vishal Mahajan and Pradeep Soni to figure out my requirements list but they never responded onto that and this are the two person mostly organized whole shop. Its a 3rd class store , believe me . Dont buy from here .They have very ill mannered staff and a very poor service center .If you want a great buying experience either buy online or buy from Official stores. Dont make yourself a fool for just a few bucks . Till date me and my friends have purchased 3 Laptops and 3 of them had tons of issue and they arent supportive either. Dont waste your hard earned money and time here .

Worst place to buy laptop, prices are very expensive & once you buy the laptop they become very rude & will not help you. My recommendation would be to buy from Sigma they have shop in front side of silver mall & they have much reasonable rates. For asus you can check out asus authorised shop in which is also in front side of the building their rate is OK.Horizon sold me Lenovo laptop at 70k, the same laptop was available at Sigma at 65k with a premium 4k rs laptop bag. They told me the price for asus rog series laptop above 80k, the same laptop was available at the asus authorised shop at 75k.

If u want to purchase laptop or pc then this is the right place for u. Very good after sales service is offered by horizon computers silver mall.

The worst experience with Horizon computer Indore... i purchased a laptop from horizon computer and its very slow in performance since beginning , although it is high in configuration but still very slow,It seems that they sell the duplicate or defective products to all their costumers, there are many more that i know them they are also facing the problems with horizon products...So ill recommend that never buy any product from Horizon Computer Indore, Go for Computer Shoppe instead.

Technically was supposed to be a high end laptop, but within a year, I started facing several problems. I took it back to the same store, Horizon Computers, and since that day, it only has created more problems in my life. Worst shop, worst experience ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL.
