It is true that wide vision is a great organisation. But it should look at whom they are recruiting. These boys and girls are Just out of college without any real world experience.Just to show to their clients that they have enough bench strength ,wide vision hired thse Kids from college and Expect them to excell.The amount of information they put in their minds is very high and there is a presessure from the management that if the student fails in monthly exams they will not be taken in the company.Even after the successful completion of taining the candidates are put under high pressure environment that weak prople will obviously go into depression.i will appricate the way widevision has grown from a small indian company to a global business house but these companies are built on human capital and if the raw material standards are getting hurt it will be very difficult to attract and retain talent in future.
