If you want to settle than its good. But dont expect any hike. Company is going in loss and under transition phase. From last 2 years no hike.. work culture is good but monetary wise n growth wise u should think. Rest is your choice. Also yearly appraisal has been closed off and now its on case to case basis and there are many more factors.

If you are switching to DXC make sure you get good hike in fix component of gross salary, negotiate on fix component keeping in mind you wont get hike for couple of years.

Communication skills of interviewer (specially telephonic round) is very bad they dont know how to talk with the candidate literally shouting over the call.. Dont go directly in the office just ask the HR about the rounds because its totally waste of time and if you reach there then your first round will be telephonic so i suggest just talk them and then planning your activitiy as well.
