Please note, its a review about the customer care dept. only. I have no issues with the faculties and other staff members. The staff that handles the customer care department seems to be very unprofessional. Upon interaction with them for 2-3 times now, I felt very disrespected, as the tone they use on call is very down graded and cheap. I never expected this

Earlier located in Manoramaganj near plasia now premises shifted to South Tukoganj.2-3 kms from old premises. Contact details are same as of earlier office premises. Means No change in the landline number.Cs Chapter office seems to be not so professional type premises.However services provided here are much better in terms of quality as well as pricing.Staff is co-operative and well behaved.They always look for betterment of students.Located in middle of city which make it well approachable for students.i bus connectivity is available.Food is available all around the area.Chapter organizes inductions / sports week / tree plantation and other programs time to time.Overall its good chapter except for premises.

Chapter office of ICSI . Very well behaved staff, they also conduct classes on related topics.
