The colony is not good. The colony has high dj in front of colony which is played till 12 pm. The marriage garden is also In the omaxe club. Which also will create problem during marriages. Dont pay high cost to plot owner the real plot price is 1500 square feet. So please avoid it. I have asked my friend before taking decision.

The plots are 5 feet deep. So the requirement of mohram is so high 2 lakhs around. And the real plot value is 1600 square feet. So please be sure before investing hard earned money before investing.

The regenta central hotel is in these colony there is noise pollution in these colony by DJ music. They keep high volume during marriage till 11 PM.The club is closed there is no nearby gym so where would you go. There is no good market for ration. These colony is far from city. The colony comes under village panchayat so there is no such good facilities. So try to go towards nearby city colony.

The colony has marriage garden in front of omaxe city 2 called regenta central. The volume is so high till 12 pm in the colony. You can not sleep at night due to high volume. The omaxe club is also a marriage gardern which also has high volume. So please thing before shifting to these colony.The club has no available facilities. the water shortage is in colony.

The omaxe city club has not been started. The swimming pool is under maintaince. Stray dogs and pet cows are raoming around the colony. So please avoid these colony.

Management is not proper. There is electric problem. Garden and colony maintenance is not good. Empty Plots are covered with jungles. Do not buy Plot. Construction of villa are very poor.

The builders colony is not up-to the mark as advertised with pops. Lacks basic amenities and cleanliness. Spread in 88 acres the colony has been designed in an appropriate manner. The public shopping complex has been constructed in the center of the living area making is noisy and hindrance to privacy. The allotted school land is at the left corner of the residential sector. The most important part is the colony lacks security. Not an ideal place for investment

The real rate of these plot are rupees 1700 square feet. But broker are taking advantages and they are doing gala and there is communication gap.
