Nursing and Rooms are good.Food is very normal .Need improvement.Poor response in medicliam settlement , struggled to get the money back from hospital

My experience is very bad management staff not available maximum time. Hospital only money wasting. Diffrent dr. Demand another OPD fees charges are high.staff behaviour not good.

Environment isnt as good as it should be.... parking areas get filed very often so 🅿️ should be seen in prior....Rest is all well and good to go & On the entrance please make sure to say that temp testing person to test properly as I said him.Not have a good canteenDoctors are too good at work punctuality and systematic 💯💯✨✨ Emergency ward is also good....Funny and great gesture doctor are filled in this hospital 🏥🏥

Gyno is good but waiting time is unlimited. They gave appointment of 10:30 morning and number came on 1:15 pm. Also I saw many pregnant ladies waiting for hours. If they cant handle that much patients. Why to give appointment to everyone.

In Bhandari hospital I dont think that anything is going well because waiting is done more than expected and there are more than one such people, it is a game to refer each other doctor and nothing else that bothers the patient.😡😡😡

One of the worst hospital with no humanity left in them by charging exorbitant amount for CT scan.On Sunday I went for ct scan as I was having doubt of covid +ve.In payment reception I was told that Rs 4800 is the charge for ct scan when I asked why is it so ? I was told that due to Sunday they said Rs 800 is the emergency charge on Sunday...they said if you dont want film the charge will be Rs 3k +Rs 800 else that charge will be Rs 4800.I was very furious hearing this .Everyday is a n emergency in this pandemic and these hospitals are only busy in minting money.Their liccencence should be cancelledas no humanity left in the mamagement.humanity left in them in such pandemic time .

I had only seen the hospital from outside while passing by, but went there for the first time when I got one my septuagenarian neighbours registered for COVID-19 vaccination and scheduled an appointment for March 03, 2021. The timing was from 9.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m., but when we reached the hospital, there was a long queue. Most of the people standing in the queue were senior citizens and they were perspiring profusely. Many of them could not stand for long and had taken refuge of some sheltered places adjacent to the hospital.The shutter from where the people had to be admitted was down and they were letting-in only 5-7 people at one time. After an hour or so, one of the staff members from the hospital announced that only those who registered themselves and scheduled an appointment for the date at the hospital may stay on and rest shall leave. It was disheartening to look at the faces of several of them. They could not understand how to go about it as they appeared ignorant towards technology and were determining the course of action.Anyway, they left and after waiting for two hours, we could enter the facility. After many people left, it turned more organized and when we entered, we were guided to get the credentials checked in one of the rooms, post which we paid the fee of INR 250 and stood in line and the vaccination took place in fifteen minutes or so.The area dedicated for it had several seats where the vaccinated ones could sit and wait for half an hour to get completed as that is prescribed observation time post which they were leaving. The staff members were humble and cordial and they were trying to manage the whole process in a systematic manner, but the hospital shall have arranged atleast a glass of water who could enter the premises after waiting for two hours or more and majority of them were elderly ones.Further, they could not provide information about the next cycle of the vaccination. What they mentioned was that the vaccinated ones will receive a text message regarding the further process which left all of us in ambiguity. They also added that the Centre will be elsewhere.The human elements shall be brought in by the top management in a better manner.Stay safe! Stay healthy!Jai Hind!

Very nice hospital and staff. My experience has been great with BHRC. We met Dr. Mrs .Sweta Bhandari before my wife conceived and under Dr. Bhandaris treatment we finally left the hospital happily with our babies(twins). I would recommend Dr. S Bhandari because she really held my wifes hand throughout the journey. Also the nursing staff, medical store staff etc were very helpful.

I have visited BHRC (Bhandari Hospital and Research Centre) multiple times and always found them very professional, very caring and genuine. We have visited 10-12 times here due to treatment but this time they asked us to buy extra medicines and tests which is not prescribed by the Specialist Doctor. Only because they dont have unoccupied bed for the patient that is why patient has to stay in the ICU ward.Unwanted expenses.

Very old hospital, having maximum service. The take care of patient is good, but very worst service by Mediclaim and billing department. We told them to discharge patient at 9:30am and they completed the formalities very soon at 9:30pm wow great thanks for wasted our time 👏😡.they Lotted the patient also if u have Mediclaim.

Here our patient Mrs jayshree Yadav dies at ICCU bed no 9 . after 8 days in hospital . here doctors not find the cause of lung infections in 8 days . u can see billing detail . unprofessional staff nurses like Amit Kumar .they even dont know to check venti before plug to patient. ICCU incharge doctors define by कहानी सुना कर we are at hospital to recover patient . here they are not able to recover patient 10% in 8 days . we do every thing they tell .but result is zero . they sign 2-3 times every day by father without reading. and not give permission to write on pages we sign . here madicines available at 0% discount at MRP we give about 80000 rs medicines excluding in bill. disappointed dr sapna is not able to talk clearly with me . take visting charges seen in above pic . I lost my brother-in-law (Yash Raj Gupta) on 21st Sep in road accident, in front of Bhandari Hospital.His friends approached hospital at mid night (12:30 am), but hospital authorities did not admitted him (not even allowed him inside main gate) stating case of accident, police intervention and non-availability of ICU.Instead, he was referred to MY hospital where No / Junior doctors were made available, who could not recuse him and he died after fighting 45 minutes for his life.Worst experience, even after court orders these private hospitals don’t admit patients for no reasons. SADLY!!!

As Nikhil gupta talked about the accident of yash gupta which was held on 21 september at 2:30 Am . i would like to clear to the hospital managment that i was the eye witness of that accident and the patient was directly taken to the bhandari hospital where staff at very first said that first aid will be given to him and then later they refused to give the first aid also by giving the excuses like we dont have the ICU bed and refered the patient to M.Y hospital where no serious action was taken by the junior docters and they even didnt checked his whole body after 1 hours at 4:00 PM my brother lost his life . for the hopitals they lost a patient but i lost my big brother you will never understand the pain of his family . I would directly blaim to the the bhandari hospital and its managment for his death .

Worst hospital! Doctors not at all transparent. Misdiagnose and fool people teliing them false diagnosis & lies. Threaten patients of false diseases so that they can do surgeries and earn through it. Worst gynecologists. Dont even have patience to clear doubts of patients. I wonder that such doctors are there in a noble profession. It is a shame that how these egotistic doctors are so obsessed with money making that they forget the real pain and suffering of an ailing patient. Pathetic Hospital., Worst experince with this hospital. I took one of my injured 55 aged staff with his broken hand. Doctor told me to wait at Minor OT Ill be there by 5 mins. After that it took almost 2 hours for being plastered. Also services are not as per the pricing

Medical store selling medicines at MRP, All diagnostic tests are too expensive as compared to other centers in the market. Doctors are misguiding all locals including Farmers. Unhygienic, Toilets are too dirty, Blood bank full of cotton on the floor. No liquid soap for cleaning hands, no paper cups for drinking water for public who visits on daily basis. Doctors are misguiding patient family members. Every Doctor has different Consent which will confuse to make decisions to save life. Hospital is very professional to make money. Staff is not helpful due to management decisions. Pathetic. Wont suggest to visit to this hospital.

Worst experience of Bhandari hospital Indore. I admitted to my daughter under treatment Dr. Himanshu. After 2 days of treatment i understood, that was my wrong decision. They have bad staff..hospital is not clean..no proper treatment and medicine.. i have allready complaint this with Dr. Himanshu and other staff but they didnt response.

My friend Raj Kumar Mittal from Firozabad had undergone bariatric surgery here in Bhandari Hospital. Today after about 6 months he has reduced 42 kgs and now under 100 kgs. I have watched his progress very closely. He has practically no problem. The only problem looks in discarding all his old clothes and now go for New.
