Ocean park township is very placid place that is located at Indore-Dewas bypass and beside of DPS school. This is fastest growing area of Indore because of porch location. Best price is also near by this township for shopping.Ambiance of its garden area is quite happening and positive. Swimming pool and kids play zone is also very good. Flats and row houses are beautifully designed.

Apartments are worth the price and very nice locality.The only problem its that it is in outskirts of the city and you will find a lot of problem regarding this.And most importantly its not for bachelors (sorry to say).

It is very good residential project with all aminity . We also have one 3 bbl flat

Ocean Arcade the shopping complex is totally abandoned by the builder after taking three years advance maintenance. No regular cleaning, dirty toilets, fuse LEDs, basement is having an unbearable foul smell and nobody is there to listen the problems. I am regretting owning a office here, I have dragged myself minding the brand name of Ocean and Man constructions. Highly inadvisable to have a property here. RIP ocean arcade maintainance management.
