It is a decent place to repair your printers and scanners , the owner inspects the printer and delivers it with perfection after completing the service.

My printer (Canon laser printer) was picking more than 1 paper for printing. I did servicing from them and they charged around 1200/- for that. After 3 months same problem comes, I sent the printer to them and made the bill of around 800/-. I request them that your service is not upto the mark as same problem comes within 3 months. Mr Gupta who is claiming to have more than 25 years of experience, was commented that there is no warranty and guarantee for the parts. They dont understand anything and was not able to help. Only asking for money thats all. They always charge 350/- service charge but customers dont have any benefit of that charge. He is simply fooling people.They are having very poor servicing and zero customer support. They dont know how to do servicing and only charged heavy amount to customers.
