I have faced worst shopping experience with Netcom computers. Even after confirmation by owner for delivery and after full advance payment to him, my printer is still not delivered since yesterday. On enquiring they provide transporters number who never picksup.Pathetic show by outletFinally on third day I got my printer, though transporter was at fault, but onus on selection of transporter lies with outlet. Hope things improves further.Satisfied in the end.

Dont use this vendor for any thing , pathetic response from top to bottom in management, arrogant dont know how to treat the customer.We ordered a printer paid 100% payment in advance, committed to deliver the the printer very same day by evening, till 1 week no machine is delivered & no one ready to pickup the phone or reply after 7 days Netcom owner is replying over the phone we dont care for such order, take your money back if you want friends search for better option but do trap your self with such vendor.
