It used to be a good place when its matter of perfect tailoring, so far down to 4 pair of shirts I been working with them back and fourth to get it proper fits done, so far twice gave them to get my proper fitting done according to one they had make it for me and all 3 time no luck, I mean they offered me drop off again and we will fix you but is it really a guaranteed that this will get it fix this time too as I already wasted my time dropping off and picking up same things twice and no luck yet!this place known for perfect stitching hence its pricy which is completely fine but seems like either they lost interest in repeated customers or they been using outsourcing for stitching job! like many miss matches I felt during last couple visit and decided stop using this place and rather go with ready made as they even lost sense of fashion which is use inappropriate fancy buttons for casual white shirt, using same big size buttons for cuff strips instead of smaller one, thats defiantly not the same place I had used it or heard about before!even though I had called and specifically requested twice when I supplied my clothes for alterations please do check it before supply and seems like no luck, another great point, this please used to be prompt with delivery date which isnt anymore, as they rescheduled my both last stitching delivery twicenow advise me what makes me get here and pay more when I get even better and prompt + perfect services at local tailors!Highly recommend you not to use this place and rather use affordable tailoring unless they adopt changes or you have free money to spend over!

Excellent services by Rajeshbhai. He take his work very seriously. Very hard working and take care of customers like their jade blue family. Highly recommended JAde Blue because of their services and quality of fabric.

A nice place for shopping, but has a good collection for the people of 40+, it has designs which are old ones and prices are also resonable but the problem is that the staff is too lazy to assist customers. You need to ask them many times for any help as they are not interested in answering customers.

Went to their SG highway store, not impressed with collection nor staff behaviour. I understand they were busy but there was noone to attend us as customer. Then we tried their cg road store and experience was exactly the opposite. We bought sherwani from there, good collection, polite staff, overall good experience with jade blue cg road.

At the first instance I had liked their Fitting in terms of tailoring, but the second time I have them 2 shirts order they messed up with it in terms of fitting with making the shirts very loose. So in order to get the right fit I sent them the shirts to alter and make it as per my exiting shirt size.But I had called them and asked them to let me know whom should I courier the shirts to as I live in Bangalore.They provided me the details of the person from their tailoring unit. But its been more than 20 days that they did not even acknowledge that they received the courier. After I called them they said they will check and let me know and call me back after 30 mins. But they did not call me back. In order to check again I called them the next day. That time they told me its been received and we will alter and send it back in a day or two. But its been more than a week now I still have not received any courier from them.The above two shirts I had ordered for my brothers wedding but I could not use them. And now also I am not able to use them because I still have not received my shirts back.

So you can write a 200 character review :-)Since you are new, you may not realize that when TA did not have a minimum character count, there were some reviews that consisted of just one word and were *totally useless*.Many of us welcomed the minimum character count since it definitely helped to improve the reviews. I would be delighted to see a minimum of 300 for hotels and 200 for restaurants and attractions :-)->>You could even find that your reviews are getting biased toward the negative.

Not worth the hype. Their is no such thing as professionalism here, the materials given for tailoring never ever keep the dates of delivery of the stitched clothes....not even worth one star. Bakwas.

One of the best place to visit. It is one of the nicest apparel centre. It is has a very vast selection of the apparels. It just doesnt have casual apparels it also has collection of traditional and casual wear too.

Being a premium customer, can never think of missing the Big Loot Sale here. Extreme cordial and polite staff helping to choose the best collection. Also get a privilege (as a regular customer) in fresh stock and new arrivals. Also served with soft drinks quite a few times.

Jade Blue has got a very good quality and variety of clothing but customer service at this specific location was very disappointing so thus low rating. Rather go to SG Highway location, they have more helpful staff and better customer service.

No sitting are for family visit. poor service man. lack of sales man. you have to wait in queue for 20-30 minutes for your turn. Valet parking is there but you have to wait 20-25 minutes for your car, because they park 2-3km far from the location. check your kilometers before you give car to valet. bad experience. old style designs only. salesman have no idea about current trend.

Good choice of menswear in multiple brands like Levis, UCB, US Polo, Jack n Jones etc. under one roof including their own name brand. Their collection for traditional Indian wear is good but prolly more suited for formal occasions with silks and linens - thereby their prices are higher too even for simpler fabrics. Their 50% off promotion is a bit of a scam as only the western wear is eligible for those promotions!Family clothing shop. Nice wedding collections and number of options to choose from. But shop wisely as some of their clothing are not worth as they charge (kurta payajamas, salar suits, accessories ). Shopping at Jadeblue is altogether a different experience. They have very professional staff who really help you to get the right stuff for yourself. All the premium menswear brands are there. Their bespoke tailoring is one of the best in Ahmedabad.
