First and foremost thank you to Dr. Arpit Jain, Dr. Ravi, Raashi and Arun. They were caring, patient, professional and as entertaining as doctors can get I guess.I visited Dr. Arpit Jain at the Sparsh Wellness Clinic on the 29th of December in regards to the lower back pain that I was suffering from. After his assessment of the condition, which he very patiently and thoroughly conducted, I was told to get an x-ray of my lower back and a specific blood test to further assess my condition and recommend the right treatment plan. It was found that two lower vertebrae had fused due to which the disc had bulged and was causing the pain.I was told that it will take a month for me to heal. I was not sure at the beginning however his confidence comforted me and I went ahead with the treatment. With the help modern machinery, that are in good working condition, and a exercise and stretch routine to my surprise it really did take just a month and I am feeling much better than I ever did. Just remember to be patient and trust the doctors as they know what they are doing. Not only did this non invasive method of treatment work, but it also helped me understand my bodily limitations that can be worked upon and help reach their optimum function.
