One of the biggest Hospital of Indore, single Bombay Hospital outside Mumbai, all facilities and faculties are excellent.

Pathetic. Only money digging corporation. First they took at least 3 hr for room allotment for which they send patient up and down to the floors for test, for depositing money and what not.CMO cabin and admission office is connected by door yet they ask patient to cross the hall and get signature of each other.Worst nurse service. You literally need to beg for services you are paying heavily for.I am feeling harassed here.Worst of all they don’t care about your issues as well. I called there office that you have bad service I might take discharge tomorrow and all he replied OK.

Gants and ladies utilities toilet are no provide there is a no washroom in groundfloor and we are facing so many problem paitent relatives are standing outside only and there is also no seating arrangement and we are contiously facing the problems so kindly we request you to solve these problemsthank you

This is OPD Reception line and unfortunately half staff for. All patients are waiting for only Appointment. There is no alternate receptionist, and no alternate doctor.

Great Doctors but poor Managment and all the staff , their behavior like MY hospital and they waste a lot of time even for emergency patient. Also their behavior is very rude. I have multiple good experience from this hospital but up to 2017 after that year tremendous drop in quality. Even pharmacy have long waiting queue all time. This was the last one.

I am posting this review for my maternal uncle(non covid case) who was treated approx 15 days in which 6-7 days on ventilator ( which was not required) , cost us arnd apprx 11 lakhs in treatment and atlast they lost thr life . Also when we took our patient they even had not removed tube of ventilator which was not expected. They said you can remove tube to us. Shame on this big hospital of indore. Bombay Hospital Indore. Not so World Class Medical Facilities under one roof. Set up in 1950s and so are their services are like, unavailability of good staff, no proper response to patient attendees. The way treatment proceeds can make the family of patient clueless and with a hefty bill in their hand. Place is not so hygienic, spent the whole day there and not have seen a guy mopping up the floor thought the day.

Worst hospital for emergency care. Unlike its name The Bombay hospital in indore is another example of big structure and No workforce , protocols and emergency care. Being a tertiary care centre I took my relative with symptoms giving a suspicion of acute GI obstruction. A casualty doctor who doesnt do any job other than answering phones and sending patient to respective specialist OPD couldnt even interpret an X ray film , didnt do any PR examination , didnt auscultate abdomen to look for bowel sounds. Instead he does palpation. He misled us and got HRCT chest instead for covid which was unnecessary considering we had gone there to rule out acute intestinal obstruction and a covid swab was already done awaiting results.

I was admitted for my delivery in Bombay hospital durinh July 2020. I have my feedback as : Dr. Dr. Idris Ahmed Khan (Cardologist: Heart, Dr. Ravi Rathi (Gastroenterology: stomach) and Dr. Rakesh Shukla (Paediatrics: child specialist) are fanatastic doctors. All of them are very intelligent and generous. But on the other hand, Dr. Kavita ghadale (gynacologist) is very rude to me (even in my pregnancy time) and inexperience. She didnt listen to her patients and even her fellow doctors. I was very healthy and doing all the chores by my own, but admitted for C-section (I was willing for that). But due to her own experiments, she did blunder to me and i was admitted to ICU after delivery and spent around 12 days in hospital. I was in severe pain and she was not able to trace that. After 3-4 days, Dr. Ravi Rathi inspected me and gave his treatment. Thanks to him, otherwise I was thinking that its my last time now. Moreover, hospital staff nurse and helper were worse to me. Hospital staff is very bad and rude towards their patient.

Moreover, they werecareless. Attentiveness is another area that is lacking and requires a lot ofimprovement. The patient was admitted on 10th floor. I would like to drawyour attention towards the irresponsible behaviour of nursing staff whoattends the patients from bed No. 1000 to 1036. We had to call the nursesrepeatedly to check the patient. They didn’t cooperate in a proper manner. I wanted to go for heart related tests for one of my relative, i called on the number which are mentioned on their site, one lady picked the phone and told me to hold for 2 mins then immediately disconnected the call, I again called and this time one guy picked the phone. I told him that I wanted to have some tests for that i want appointment, he told that i have to go in person to take appointment or i can call directly the concerned dept. I asked him concerned dept number, he told that he dont have number. Overall all it is was really disappointing. Better I realised on phone itself.

Worst service and over expensive. Doctor supposed to come at 01:00pm and not yet arrived till the time I am posting i.e. 2:05pm.When discussed with nurse shre started shouting and called doctor and address the concern with the patient name to the doctor directly. No management layer in between. Not twitter account and no option to take patients feedback.Google is the only place where we can post our review and share the feedback.I would suggest to go some other good hospital and consider this as a last option.Charges are quiet high like 1400 rs are the consultation charges for Gyno. Too much as compared to big brand like medanat and max in Gurgaon.

Dont go on the name--Bombay Hospital. There are several elements that are professional of the hospital such as OPD and good doctors yet it is far from being called a good hospital. The ICU waiting room can be filled with all your relatives as if you organized a small party. There is no check of how many attendants come with one patient. In the COVID era the ICU floor of Bombay Hospital works like nothing has happened in the world. As a hospital they do not take care of this anomaly and is a new normal for everyone whos at the ICU floor.

This is the wrost hospital. Doctors are not on time. I have lost my loved ones but I wish you dont by sending them to this hospital.

My father got treated here well for covid treatment. when i admitted him here under dr deepak bansal he was maintaining spo2 at 70 and 90% lung infection. he recovered well from the treatment provided. i am satisfied with facilities and rules followed here for treating the covid patient in icu and private ward.Also the nursing staff is very helpful and hardworking.

My mother was hospitalized for engioplasty by Dr. Idrish Khan ..,. But I found nursing staff Very negligent which can even cost life of a patient...not once but thrice they gave my mother wrong medicine or medicine at wrong timing which was life threatening.. dr. Is good but he is not available all the time , real care takers are nursing staff who are sheer negligent..OPD is fine but will not recommend anyone to get admitted because whats the point of a successful surgery if post operation care is compromised...Have filled a written complaint to Bombay hospital administration about all the mistakes happened in 3 days admission of my mother..hope they train their paramedic staff... attaching the written complaint in hope that dr. I.A. Khan will see into the matter that how his patients are treated in his absence..... Very very disappointed

Worst hospital with worst policies.In this covid situation every one wants extra precautions and extra hygiene but in Bombay hospital they dont care at all.I was admitted for kidney stone removal surgery 1 day prior, Dr. Pritish Shrimali is undoubtedly the best doctor I have ever meet, which is the only reason I choose Bombay hospital.But hospital staff (specially the guards) and their policy are the worst thing that any one can imagine. They dont allow home made food even for the patient. They forced me to eat their dinner kept in my room from 6:30, which looks uncooked and unhealthy packed in a non disposable container (which also looked uncleaned). Even after so many request(coz their is no restrictions on diet ) the are just giving excuses of covid.I dont understand that my home food is more contagious or unhealthy then theirs. Whats wrong if someone bring their own food.

Our policy do not allow us to send the soft copy of medical reports of the tests done when asked by the patient, Yess..you read it right, amidst covid-19 pandemic, they are asking you to physically go there ( I am 70kms away from Indore) and collect the reports instead of sending the scanned files. It is the right of the patient to ask for his reports , to know what are his problems and for what he is being given treatment. We waited in the hospital on the date of visit more than the time of report collection but they could not even do that and now they are asking me to travel 70Kms to collect reports instead of using the digital tools available.I guess its the least a world-class famous Bombay Hospital could have done, but you failed. May be the surplus cash flow has eradicated the root values of hospitals i.e to help and serve people.

Bombay Hospital was used to be considered as one of the best hospital in Indore but the experience that I had doesn’t confirm the fact and Indore deserves better in terms of facilities and other services provided. No doubt they have good doctors(All 3 stars goes for the doctors) but the mismanagement and lack of cleanliness is really alarming. Also, more like a government hospital where everyone from cleaning staff to guard will look for money even for the test completion or even to use the restroom.

My dad is admitted in ICU , no one can see him no contact allowed by the hospital.It was told that he got minor heart attack yesterday and now we want to do test.After few hours doctor told it was a major heart attack and you should have brought him earlier .Hospital premises is not giving any reports nor any doctor is coming to resolve issue.God bless my dad

It takes 30 minutes (yes whooping 30 minutes) just to pay for OPD at Bombay Hospital Indore. They are charging Rs.1200 as consultation fees.They must increase number of counters. Also there is parking problem at the hospital.

Their intake of patients is so high and the staff so less, they are unable to manage any kind of services properly be it radiologists, doctors, nurses or even cleaners!2. They have been steeply increasing their consultation charges. In a span of 5 years they have increased it from 800 to 1300.3. The doctors are wary of complex cases.4. Physiotherapy is also ok. If you are admitted, they will do physiotherapy casually.Overall they need to justify the high amount of money that they charge! Atleast the patient should get well. Instead they have developed a business where you dont get cured completely and keep coming back again and again!

Worst hospital ever. Staff management is ridiculous. None of the ward ladies are sensible enough while dealing with the patient. The nurses don’t take any responsibility. The patient has to wait for more than an hour to get his diaper changed. Above all, it is expected from the attendant to do all the cleaning stuff.Shame on such service.
