All the staff members are very friendly and take care of. We didnt face many challenges in insurance. After surgery, my mom has a good vision. Wonderful experience while visiting for mom eye checkup, the facility is well maintained neat and clean, staff is well cooperated and guide you through step by step process which includes handwash, e-registration, sanitization, eye test, medical history consultation, doctor will give you proper time and consultation not like a typical business medical facility where assistants will give you medicines.

Looking at the fancy premise photograph, I took my father for his eye check up. Point to be remember, we were having paid engagement not free. Still behavior of doctors, staff and counselor was pathetic. Doctors there are super rude and indiscipline. No proper eye scan/ct scan done. If you care able your loved one, i dont recommend this hospital. Also, quotation which they provided for cataract treatment and retina improvement is 1.5 lacs+ which may rise. Other private eye hospitals change even less with proper attention and care.

Hospital services is good and clean.But the staff other than doctors are very rude and are not much cooperative.One of guard was insisting to buy mask only from their medical store which is quite unethical.
