Entertaining place for kids and parents both. loads of activities to do for girls n boys. My kid was there for full 2 hrs and even that wasnt enough for him. We had to force him to come out as it was their closing time.We can even leave the kid n have our dinner and can watch them from the table itself. Its totally safe.The main part, Food was delicious You can order anything from the menu. It wont be a disappointment at all. Lot of varieties for kids too. Mini meals were the highlights.And finally a polite and good staff to end your day with a big smile on the face. Definitely a must visit place.

Tropical theme gone wrong

Quite a place! Amazing food, beautiful floral inspired decor and great service. Tried their sizzler and burger.Also tried their Coffee, very fresh and well done. Would love to go here more often. A peaceful group outing is most welcomed here. The theme and ambience is soothing. However, the cost is a bit on a high side. A perfect place if you are looking for a calm and serene place.

I have visited Cocotree with my group of 10-12 members including kids. There was separate playing area for kids and they really enjoyed it. Food was also really nice specially chole bhature. Must visit place with friends and family.

Total fun packed experience for kids. Large play area with female attendants and CCTV survelliance. The best part is that even parents are allowed to assist the kids in play area. Worst service ever. My sister has booked this place for her daughter’s bday. They were not having staff to serve even starter my sister has to involve in it. In return they said that our staff do not serve to kids. They were just bringing it from the kitchen that too one tray at a time. Kids were asking for continuous refilling in which they have failed to manage (even for cake).

My sister has booked this place for her daughter’s bday. Playzone was nice but when i went inside i have seen one of the slide’s way was damaged in such a way that if a person will keep foot on that, that will come down. Even my sister who was trying to take a kid with her for slide got her foot on that and nobody was there to help her out..As far as service is concerned that was also not good. Staff was unable to serve food on time. They were bringing one tray at a time which was unable to serve a bunch of kids at the same time. They said that we want to serve fresh food which is a good thing.. but at the time of serving you should take care of the quantity as well.

I had my childs birthday party today for which we had done the booking atleast a month ago. To our surprise therewere 3 bday parties going on. It was soo ill managed & crowded that none of the child enjoyed. THE FOOD WAS COLD. I HAVE SEEN THIS FIRST TIME THAT A SMALL HALL WAS GIVEN FOR 2 BIRTHDAY PARTIES.GUYS DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE. 1Star is also very high. I wold like to give them -5 Stars.

We gave our sons birthday party at Coco tree. Kids and our guests had a great time. Kids had a lot of fun in the play area. Food preparation was amazing and all of us enjoyed the entire afternoon.The owners (Supriya and Purva) were involved throughout. The suggestions and help in decoration, menu selection, help and assistance on the party day and full cooperation was given to us by Purva and Supriya. The staff wad also very helpful.Overall amazing experience and I recommend Coco Tree for parties for kids wholeheartedly.Thanks Coco Tree

Our experience with this place was extremely bad.Sevices were very poor. Owner was more interested in entertaining walk in customers even though they were not able manage our party property.Starters and main course food was taking too long to come. I as host was more busy in manaing all these things rather than enjoying with my guests.Staff was really short and nobody was their to serve starters and food. They charged me twice for many kids as they were first counted as they entered playzone and again counted when they used plates to eat which was completely wrong as kids food charges were already included in playzone charges.So be careful while making any booking with these people.

Worst nd worst place in indore,such an irresponsible persons and irresponsibly way of talking to customers.Worst restaurant i have ever seen.

We gave our sons party at cocotree. it was horrible experience from start to finish.our time slot was from 7pm to 10pm.When we reached the venue everything was a mess as a earlier party was ending.We had to constantly push the owners to get the place cleaned.We were promised balloon decorations which was started only when we pushed the owners infront of us only. We had to constantly push owners for starters. Even when starters came after long wait their was no one to serve. We had to constantly push for Services.We later came to know their was one more party even when they had no staff to manage even single party. Owner was least interested in improving quality of services rather she was busy in attending walk in customers so that dont missout on them even when it was already over crowded inside. Now came the biggest surprise that owner said to me that everyone who entered the restaurant for party will be counted even if they dont stay for the party or dont eat. They meticulously tagged and changed infants who even didnt left mummis lap,forget about entering playzone. They even tagged charged children over 10 years who just entered the playzone to wish my kid happy birthday. During dinner also i had to constantly push them for services due their poor service. yes i agree that we informed approx 40 adults but our total at the end was 56. but their services was poor since beginning. At end when we complained about all this mismanagementInstead of apologising for poor services the owners threatened us about their contracts with big politicans and goons.We had to pay each and every penny even after such poor service.i warn you that these girls become polite and innocent when you go for intial booking but they show their true colours in the end.Be careful.😡
