Transparent case provided.Realme has website to check the authenticity/activation status of relme mobiles. If you buy, then you can check the imei, whether it is activated or not i.e a brand-new mobile or used/refurbished.

Ive been to this store on 21/08/2020 , i was there to purchase a Noise tune Flex Bluetooth neckband, i i asked him for the price of Tune flex, he said it will cost you 2800/- , so i randomly checked the specification online on Noise official website, so there i saw the price for tune flex which was just 2199/- , so i told the guy over there that the price on the official website is showing 2199/- & you are offering me a price of 2800/- why so? So his ultra pro pro max answer was that if you will purchase from us we will provide you the bill & i also asked them that what about the warranty? They said you have to mail to Noise for any warranty issue, then i said the same process you are telling me will be provided the official website too & then i also showed him the same price 2199/- on Amazon too , then again his ultra pro max answer came back that if you will purchase from amazon then they will give you a repacked product withouth the bill & you cant claim any warranty.This firm can make anyone fool with a good performance , so beware going there. Dont get fooled by them.
