Brought one Printer 3DX 3.0 From Them. Service, Performance or quality not adequate. Back to back 15th Fail Print from the day i got machine Delivered. 3D printer nozzles Jamming in every Print. first 6 prints are failed after 90 percent build job. Filament used is PLA from Same Company. Their after sale assistance is very poor. Even they do not provide the Necessary tooll kit & accessory mentioned on brochure.My recommendation is think thrice before buying any 3d printer from them. any body need described 3dx printer video before buying can contact me on Gmail.

Products delivered are not at all value for money. First they ask for payments to be done before knowing that whether they can meet customer expectations or not. Then after so many follow ups and hell lot of days of waiting they deliver a product which not even resembles 10% with the origi al person. They say we will create a 3d image of a person but we cant replicate the costume exactly, they cannot show jewellry wore and last but not the least but the most important thing is the face, which is nowhere looking like the perdon for whom this 3d model(so called Bobble head) was created. Will not suggest anyone to go for 3D Galaxy. These product are delivering not even 10% of what they are charging.
