They are cheaters. They will take full product payment in advance and will not deliver product. Employees dont follow up with their customers and behaviour is very rude. Not good place to buy and rates are very high and quality is too bad. Not a good place to deal with. Fraud people dont buy anything. My product is still not delivered its been 2 months.

It swells during Rainy season. Selling at such high prices, the least they could have done was to take care of such issues. Had raised an issue with the customer care and no follow up from them. Neither are they delivering the product nor are they cancelling it. Customer care keeps lying and telling false delivery dates. In spite of several requests, no action taken to expedite the order. Have ordered a bed which was delivered defective. Trying to get to them for more than 4 weeks but they don’t respond to any e-mails. Supervisor is not available on calls. Very disappointing service. Complete waste of money and time.

Our first time buying products from the store was good. But then we went ahead and believed these guys and placed two orders online on June 22. And we were told it would be delivered somewhere between 5-7 weeks. We kept our patience thinking the same but over this time period we tried calling and even writing to them and they kept saying will be done sometime. It’s over the time period and they have no clue about the products and when they will/if delivered. Since last two weeks they are not even responding to the emails or getting back to us on calls.Please don’t order online from these guys. Their customer service is as bad as their attitudes. We have almost 45k invested in them and they don’t even have the courtesy to respond to us. We even tried getting our order cancelled and yet no response.It’s our kids bed , and we needed it urgently.I am writing this review after all the other ways failed.This is absolutely outrageous.

I ordered Florian chest of drawers and got it around a month back. It is very very handy item. Itgives too much space to store, I have dedicated a whole drawer to me and my husband and rest allfor my baby. No problem so far. Now ordered a Samberg Upholstered bed for my bedroom that isyet to be delivered. Hope it come soon and exactly how I am imagining it.
