Do not recommend Ventilia. It has been 30 days since the lockdown opened and still the windows have not been installed. I have been told lies for the past 15 days, that the window is going to be installed soon, and then the dates kept on extending. Today was the 6th consecutive day I was promised that the windows will be installed, but, I was again disappointed. My calls have been ignored time and time again, the rooms at my new house are detoriating due to rain and dust. Keep away.

DONT GO FOR VENTILIA. JUST DONT. Pay a bit more and go for some professionals like Fenesta. I fell for the reviews and went for Ventilia and have been struggling with them for installation of the product since last 2-3 months. The service quality is extremely poor, zero professionalism by the employees, if at any point they fail to provide you the required service, they would start ignoring your calls as well.Ps- Most of the five stars given here are by the employees only.

No proper customer service.Been 4 months we have ordered material along with full advance and No response has come. They dont pick calls neither do they call back.
