Pathetic services,Mr Vinod Gandhe sales executive palasia, will only provide you products in which they have got margins in, and only defected products are sold.even if you complain the next day they will not even recognize you.and the customer care head Ms.Neelima geete will keep you on hold for days until you back out or else they will tell you that you have done some hardware damage to the product.stop buying products from this center ,a total fraud and no action is taken even if you complain about them.I recommend you to buy products from some other shops even if the rate is double but dont choose lotus.

Dont buy any product from them I purchased 6 air conditioner for hotel 4 ac were delivered 1 day before for that they charged me 800 rs extra to deliver on my hotel which is only 2 km from my house. And now for 2 Ac delivery boy is telling I cant deliver their I said him I will pay extra but he refuesed and when i called lotus that sales man is saying sorry me kuch nahi kar sakta apko ac lena hoto ap ghar pe lelo warna koi bat nahi wo wapas le jayega . employee will talk so sweetly only before sales.

Very poor service provided by the people who claim to serve quality on every purchase. Had purchased Aquagard (One of the 5 items bought) which came detective and for last 30 days have been struggling for replacement. Their staff member Krishna Mukati has been giving nothing but false promises every day. Still the issue is not resolved and have been following up with lotus for resolution.

I have been shopping with lotus since i was a kid and the era was of DVD players. I recently visited Lotus for headphones and mobile purchase for my mother.I must say whole decency of lotus is dropped drastically. including cashier including sales person. Sales person who was selling mobile made soo many false promises for mobile guarantee and repair. But as soon as my mother faced some issues with her new mobile and we confronted the same sales person, He denied all the commitments.Also with huge amount of buying they dont even match online prices now.Extremely disappointed. Lotus you have successfully lost a loyal customer, Congratulations!
