Quality services within required time frame

Worst experience ever. The owner and manager is unprofessional. Use of foul language and bad manners. Would not pick up calls once get paid.Please dont avail their services, its a waste of money. Look out for other providers and there are plenty out there with better service and behavior. These guys will spoil your whole new home feeling and make it worst.

Worst experience,Pathetic service, low quality product.I hired them for kitchen and bedroom furniture for my Royal Amar Green apartment. Intially everything is going as per the plan and in budget. But after 70% payment,they started asking for more money for every small thing (which they initially committed to include in the budget). Also,they changed the design without consulting.Worst part is,within a month furniture started falling apart. When I called them for maintainance,the guy (Amit) is not responding.Whereas,Initially he promised 10 year of warranty but never gave anything in written.After multiple attempt,he sent one of the Carpenter for repair (still work is pending).Now his tone and attitude is completely different.Very disappointing.

Worst experience of my life. They stop the work anytime and never picks the phone. Dont understand customer requirement and say yes we will do it. First impression is very good but as time moves they starts avoiding customer and focus on new customer for the trap. They say our furniture have 10 Yrs of warranty but nothing in written, in-fact within 1 month my modular kitchen screw started falling and they take it very lightly by saying we will send someone within 4-5 days (No respect to time and customer).They change the design by them self without informing you and when you say this was not my requirement then they come by telling now we cant do anything.I have to hire a new carpenter after completion of there work to rectify the problems. (Sliding Wardrobe is not working properly, Scratches on the furniture by there worker and Screws are falling). In-fact there workers are saying we understand your problem sir but we cant do anything unless we have permission from the Boss.It is very irritating working with them.Strongly recommended to avoid this vendor.As you stated :the customer should also adhere and respect the terms of business and do timely payments.After payment is done then also Mr. Amit is not picking up the phone.I have hired a carpenter to change the Hydraulic Pump of bed and fixed the box, which your man drilled in the water pipe Line and Mr. Amit told that we will not fix it.Also you stated :If there is any deficiency in the project, we are here to rectify the mistakes.For this you have to pick up the phone. On 11th Nov I have shifter to my new house after that I have called Mr. Amit many time but he never picks up the phone. Because of this type of behavior I have to hire another carpenter.You also stated this :This is an effort to degrade credibility of Kitchen Living which should note be done by any sane customer.Please check the rating if the owner and there family is giving 5 star for no reason, then we are the genuine customer who are facing issues. If you really wanted good comments please focus on Customer happiness instead of not attending there phone, also try to understand the requirement and treat customer like a Customer.

They made furniture for my kitchen and living room, great furniture range, they do proper customization as per the need of the interiors and customer convenience. Value to money with quality assurance.
