The hotel is at the outskirt of Indore. So not enjoying the flavour of Indore or no tourist spots nearby. No good restaurants nearby. But there are a few quality fast food centres. The hotel is a good stay for availing an early flight. It will take only ten minutes to reach the Airport and you can pre-book an Ola (Uber does not guarantee a pre-booking facility, though it is operational). Properly is good, but not well-maintained. The hotel boys are so cool that they always want to take rest. After requesting, they provided me soap, bucket for wash room and I have to wait an hour to get the key of my room. TV was there, but not working. The only advantage to stay this hotel for getting an early flight. No amusement nearby. So I am suggesting a late entry and an early check out.

Dont pay online through OYO APP. The owner wont accept and straight away deny your check-in. Rest everything is good. Staff is nice. Even if you here and then book you will be charged less.

The Hotel ripped me off. I booked a room with Agoda and payed in advance. When I arrived, they told me they do not accept online booking, only offline booking. This is false, because Agoda wrote me, that they booked a room from them which they sold me. I needed this room urgently so I payed. However, I booked the room for 731 Rupies with Agoda. They charged me 1200! They initially asked for 1500 but I got angry so they said 1200.I wrote to Agoda and explained the situation. They asked me for a receipt from the Hotel to cancel my booking and refund the 731 Rupies. The next morning at checkout, they gave me the receipt. But they betrayed in three ways:1) The put a wrong amount on the receipt. They wrote 999 Rupies but I payed 1200. A lot of angry discussion did not help.2) They charged me 100 Rupies just for the receipt! They wanted to have 200 but I got angry and I needed it so I had to pay them 100 Rupies for the receipt.3) At the airport I realized, they put a wrong date on the receipt: Instead of November 24th to November 25th they wrote November 23th to November 24th. They did so, because they cheated with Agoda.DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, THEY RIPP OFF TOURISTS SYSTEMATICALLY!!!!

Very bad experience. I booked online for 15 days there.After 5 days of my stay suddenly electricity gone.I asked whats wrong with electricity?They told sir it happen due to some short circuit.Dont worry till evening we will solve till you can get inverter power.In evening i asked again and found that due to some issues electricity department cut his connection.Then I spoke to the owner, he said that the head is just todays problem. Tomorrow will be fine.But after two days they told me to shift in other hotel.I said its ok.But they told me for new booking.Finally I cancelled my booking and do a complaint to oyo.One thing I also want to mention that hotel staffs also use the same room that may offer for customers.

Great place to stay, if you want to catch flights from Indore airport. Hotel rooms are budget friendly, adequately spacious with most of the amenities. Only the toilet seats could need some work

Very rude staff. Had a terrible experience in my Oyo booking. Its entrance is also shabby unlike its pictures. Not recommended. Was finally helped by Oyo customer care in resolving my issues.

Faced worst experience with OYO. Hotel people dined check-in due to low tariff rate.This is happening several times with OYO.Regarding hotel, people denied check-in due to tariff but kind hearted.

As this hotel was nearby airport and consider the hotel charges was okay. But bed sheet was not clean. AC was not working in room but after communication they have changed the room.

Everything is great but the service is not good, they dont even provide you with a chair in room, and the person on night duty speaks rudely on phone.

Before reaching at hotel just confirmed with hotel booking. Even I have paid but they were telling that u have to pay again here. At midnight I have decided not to go hotel.

Oyo 15618 hotel stay inn is a budget hotel. The rooms are just ok to stay even the service is not good. There is not room service or upkeeping of the rooms. Overall it is a bad experience

I booked this hotel through OYO app and it confirmed my booking ... By the time I reached the reception, they notified me that their hotel is over booked and directed me towards the hotel of his acquaintance or friend (hotel sunshine) ... Which was a sub standard hotel and had the handle of the door latches removed ... Bathroom was not clean ... Bedsheets were used ... I might think twice before using Oyo and this hotel and the one where I ended up
