Appalling . Absolutely bloody appalling. They say theyre trained by Vidal Sassoon . Absolute baloney. My dog could do better.

The staff are lovely, the salon is perfectly ok. The only problem is they clearly believe they are in central London and the prices reflect that. Would get 5 stars except for the price which is excessive.
