Good stock of dresses and sarees. Took two gowns from here and they were too good . Shortlisted many as their stock was really good n staff was also great. I required only two for functions hence took only two. Loved visiting the store

Dont ever visit this store. The staff is very impolite and rude to the customers. Especially, the store manager Kapil is very arrogant. He doesnt know how to behave with the customers. Quite an unpleasant experience.

We were regular customers as we get a variety of stuff needed but one of our experiences was too bad.They werent helpful in any way.

Really liked their collection but their alteration services suck. They themselves give a date by when it will be ready, and when you reach to collect, they waste half an hour and then tell you its not ready. Happened twice with me in the last week. In a home where theres a wedding, it is very irritating.

Very very very bad customer services.The male staff specially the one who sits at counter does not have any etiquettes to talk with a customer. On being asked for a lehenga cover, you could have simply said that it cant be given with a discounted lehenga as you can not afford to give it. But rather saying it politely, the way he had talked to me like as in I had bought a free lehenga and now asking for a free cover. First of all he should understand that it was their on going sale on the name of Womens day (which they clearly dont respect women) and no extra discount or bargaining was done from our side. If you keep on saying this again and again that we bought a discounted lehenga then it is a total disgrace to the customer. We have not asked for any sale, so why the hell you are reminding this to us and humiliating. If you can not afford sale then please dont keep any sale. Moreover, you mentioned about free length alteration that was provided by you which outside took me 1500 Rs. Seriously, even a better boutique than yours provide us a free length alteration to the customer as we had already paid for that lehenga. And who the hell charges 1500Rs. just for length? I would have that done within few bucks from my tailor, if you had denied it.First of all, you guys really need to understand that how to talk to a customer. If you really want to celebrate womens day then please respect women each and every day and talk with courtesy specially with a pregnant women.Second of all, if you can not afford to keep the sale then plz DO NOT keep it otherwise we have to keep hearing this everytime that we had bought a dress during sale which was definitely your purpose to sell more clothes and then have profit.I wish there was a way to submit this post with a zero rating star.

I bought a lehenga from Samara worth Rs 27000/- for my own wedding.It was something I really liked in one go and went overboard with my budget. I wasnt even planning on buying something so expensive but since I really liked it I went ahead. The blouse of the lehenga ofcourse needed alteration and attaching the sleeves. Thinking that this was such a big store and why to pay extra for alteration I gave my blouse to their inhouse tailor. To my horror, the tailor screwed up the sleeves royally by making as simple mistake as making the right cuts. He then went on to do patch work to hide what mistake he had done and gave it back. The alteration itself wasnt good, the tailor now messed up my entire dress by making the sleeves tight. We got in touch with the owners of Samara and the response was just OK. Agree to the fact that they did try to get a pair of new sleeves made from the designer but alas!! sleeves were different colour than the dress. To this the owner kept convincing me that it wont be visible in the dark and it doesnt really show or matter that much as it is only a minute difference. I politely told him that lets agree to disagree. They screwed up my dress and eventually wasted my money. The least they could do was accept their fault or rather the tailors fault. Now I am getting some fixes done by my local tailor but cannot forget the fact that they have screwed up my dress and seemed least bothered about it. Worst experience as a customer till date. I would suggest that even if you shop from here, please do not give them for alterations, they are bound to screw you over with their fantastic tailor.

I chose a gown from samara worth Rs 32000/- for my sisters wedding.It was a beautiful gown but the alterations r require from all the sides,so they convinced me that without harming the cuts & the emroidery we will do the alterations & we will send the gown to mumbai to the designer who has designed the gown ,so mam please dont worry.But the flip side is they befooled me .all the alteration were done by the local tailor & they destroyed the cut & the embroidery work of that beautiful gown.And the best part is they are not ready to accept it.Then after a long conversation they said that mam please do one more shopping then we will give u huge discount on that😝😝Again tried to befool me,already paid a huge amount of 32000/-which was sheer waste.I said the fault is from ur side so give discount on this gown,but the owner denied.#BEWAREOFSUCHCLEVERPERSON
