The brothers were the first to bring in the taste of authentic maharashtrian delicacies to the city of Indore . When they opened the restaurant Indore was a place famous for cotton mills . The mills used to operate 24*7 and there was no place in the city that could offer affordable snacks and food to the people of Indore . Shree Purshottam Joshi ji also fondly known as Anna identified this opportunity and started offering tasty, affordable and high quality snacks to the city of Indore . He is also known as the father of Indori Poha . Today you can find Poha being sold at every nook and corner of Indore.
