Talking about the chocolates they have variety of it. Apart from this they try to fool people with the high prices of the product that are less in MRP. Nonetheless, they have some chocolates that are not even original but still they are charging double price for it by putting their tags.Besides this they do not behave positively with their customers. They mistreated one of my brother while he was putting back his phone in the pocket and they started shouting on one of their salesperson that why he is not looking after the customers if they were about to steal something. Even I dont understand why they do not allow people to take pictures of the products? They are actually charging higher prices for minimum cost products like chocolate hampers and buckets. Even they are charging almost 64 rs. as tax like seriously??? If anyones reading this from Elenza you guys need to stop making fool of people as not everyone is dumb as much you think and start treating your customers well.

Okayyy.... So 2 week back I visited this store, and there staff was so rude to me.. Thay dont have manners for how to treat the customers. I never had such bad experience.I just took out my phone as I wanted to do video call to my Niece, bcz I wanted to buy her chocolates for her bday. Then suddenly one of the staff member started shouting on me that taking photos are prohibited. And I was so shocked...Worst staff and worst experience I ever had. Will never ever visit this place again. Please teach your store staff customer Handling and basic etiquettes.
