If I could, I would give a 0 rating. Poor customer support. We had visited the store with an idea of the pattern and style of the dress we were looking for. Our budget was intermediate and the next time we went to the store, we were not given proper attention. There are many salesman/woman in the store, but only one attends to you because he/she will be responsible for your designer dress.We were waiting at the store for an hour for our turn to talk to the salesman because he was busy attending to another high buyer customer. No one else bothered to ask about us.If they call quality as adding embroidery on polyester cloth, then it is costly for no reason.

Hello all..I would like to add my review regarding this store..I know its quite late but u know its never too late...back then in 2016 I was searching for my reception gown in a particular frilled design by one of the famous designer shyamal n bhumika....I particulary wanted the same design and after searching each n every dead costliest store of indore I finally found it at niloufers... and dearly I customised it a bit too which was more than perfect beyond my expectation... evryone was awestruck by my look and I fondly told evryone that this was bought from a designer store in indore... looking back in these 5 years I m extremely happy to see niloufer grow so much and becoming best each day... Extremely talented designer... Would love to shop from you again anytine..wish I coukd give u more than 5stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nice and unique collection. Great place for wedding and occasional wear shopping. Not found this type of collection anywhere in Indore. Great work... I highly recommend this place for ethnic and fusion wear shopping

Overly priced and bad service. Will always prefer the local shops over this. The alterations included in the price and promised to me were never done, I had to get them done myself. Delivery was super late, not recommended! 👎🏽

Must visit store for ethnic wear. On-time delivery and unique designs.

Highly disappointed with the staff and management policies. Not at all cooperative with the clients. I had to end up buying a product forcefully. Paying advance for a product doesnt mean we have to buy the same product and cant go for another one which was not even picked up from the showroom or altered. Really have to work on your policies if you want your customers to visit you again.

Collection is really good.But I hated the response from the sales girl so arrogant.(Sapna Sangeeta, girl in peach pants high pony I dont know her name but I guess she wasnt one of the staff).Others who were showing dresses were good. I visited the store on 3rd oct.
