Had a great experience, their service center resolvles software related issues free of cost even if your warranty is expired.

Worst behavior of the staff. Either you should walk in with a business suit on to get respected.Dont even know how to treat a customer. Brought two devices and each time I visit they act like we are an uninvited guest to their store.

Place is good so as Other staff, but if you are comparing the prices from Companies official store to compny official website, you may get disappointment. OnePlus service center experience was awesome , they treat you really well and they provide quick repair of your device while you can talk to repair person directly and also they provided me Red Cable pro membership for free worth 999rs.

I love the store its a very big and a well maintained store and the staff is also nice and polite and they are following all the norms for covid and the best part is there service center which is on the first floor from the back side they have a very great space for service center and the way they work is also great you can see your device getting repaired

One plus showroom is good premium location and staff is very good good knowldege about phone .specaily jevan is good staff member for one plus

It was good but the accessories for which I have visited the store was not in stock. The staff was nice and give you unbiased answers on the product you want. They are also taking enough precautions regarding Covid 19.

@oneplus india today i went to one plus authorized in indore with my family, i was treated well i wanted to ask some questions to them but everyone was busy in something, they also said plz check the fast people are waiting outside, i felt insulted, i went samsung store and bought samsung phone they treated me very well
