Awesome service and very well behaved and skillful staff. I drive down to Indore to get my car serviced from Vadodara as services are horrible in Gujarat. You can never be satisfied with vehicle servicing in Gujarat if you have ever got your vehicles serviced outside the state.

After sales service is just pathetic. Your issues are never resolved within one go. They will try to loot you in every way possible. There is only one showroom in Indore. It is situated just beside lasudiya mori police station. They should have chosen a better area.

I am a Jetta Owner. Read complete review. It is the worst place for a Volkswagen. They will not do anything in the car and charge heaps. They are a people-based service (which means they cannot do anything if they dont have the person for it). I have gone to Mumbai to get my car serviced instead of coming here.They will have no one who can talk properly, their managers will laugh and grim at you and their labour are even worse. You cannot imagine how pathetic this place is.

Worst service. No working values of this service company. Dont buy volkswagen in Indore, you will suffer for getting your service done. They are not working for customer but for filling in their big pockets. No management, everyone corrupted and no transparency and honesty. Worst will come to you when they will hand over bill to just touch your car. Volkswagen Indore if you are reaching this, just pull up your socks, beacause im going to have some legal action.

The service is too bad here. I would say go for Skoda, their service is much better.

Showroom and service centre are located on main road, easily accessible. Staff is quite courteous and is well equipped with facilities to render high quality of services.

First they should learn how to talk with the customers. A local service garage provides you better service than this pathetic service centre. Worst service and staff. They just want to snatch your money.

They are always interested in snatching money from customers, & with your money they provide you worst service. They solve one problem & gift you many others. The guy working there may steal your original parts & replace with faulty/old parts.My suggestion is to keep an eye on them every second, also you can order them to do every repair in front of your eyes. They might tell you that, customers are not allowed in work area but it is a must.

I went there as my Polo servicing was due, and I asked them for general servicing, they told me estimate amount of ₹13000/- excluding interior cleaning, also I asked them to check front suspension as it was creating noise in speed breaker. They told, replacement of lower arm bush is required in order to get rid of that suspension noise, and cost of lower arm bush was ₹3200/- . I asked them to get it done. Finally next day when I get their for my car delivery, they handed over me the final bill in my hand, and total amount was ₹32000/- , I was shocked , they unnecessarily overcharged labor cost. As after the settlement, I got my car key, and my problem is not yet solved, front suspension is creating same level of noise and alignment problem is not yet solved. They cheated me with very huge amount.My tips for Volkswagen customers:1. If you want your vehicle serviced then please dont go to Volkswagen Indore, you can go to Volkswagen bhopal, jabalpur. They are much better.2. If you want to get your vehicle serviced at indore, then do the following things:A. Ask them to tell the estimated amount including tax , because by default they tell you without tax amount.B. If you ask them for some extra work in your car other then general servicing, then ask them to clearly mention the total cost of product and total cost of labour, with tax.C. Once you get the bill, then see each and every charges carefully, because they will add some extra service charges which was not actually given.D. Dont hesitate in negotiation, they will definitely negotiate if you ask them with confidence. My bill amount was ₹32000/- but I actually paid ₹27000/- so I saved ₹5000/- by negotiation.E. If possible, get your vehicle serviced in front of your eyes, other wise there are chances of cheating.

Horrible experience at the dealership.My vehicle had some damages for which I consulted them.I got my vehicle after 15 days of repair,causing huge inconvenience.My check was not accepted as they have no check policy when I tried to pay the bill.Also the price for parts was too much.I had a bad experience and would not recommend it to anyone
