Nice hotel in good and silent location. With a very convenient amount for staying. And we enjoyed our stay at this property and breakfast and room were fine. A 20 to 15 min walk to the nearest monorail and nearest refreshments shops could by fine for some, but not for the elderly or families with kids. But if you want to go with your friends then this place is a good option overall.

Location a bit interior, small room, though nice and clean. ... peacefull, .........................while entering it was looking like a shaady hotel, cause there were lot of males in lobby (looking as a boys hostel). the manager should take care that the lobby/ reception is not crowded esp with boys..

Great place, around 500 meters from main road so it is a quiet place to stay. Had table, chair and bedtime reading lights on both sides of bed. Great food as well. Clean and neat place.

Not a clean place at all. Would not recommend the place. The hotel is near to the market which is the only major point it has. Cleanliness was in shackles and the place seemed shady. Not fit for families, thats the impression that I got after entering the room.

Chappan (56), the name states that there are 56 shops present. A good place to hangout, a variety of foods to eat. You will get delicious food everywhere. A great place for couples, groups, family, children. I recommend you guys to visit it once, a totally different experience. What I was expecting is that, I will find a way different types of food but its not there. Thats why 4 stars.

It was a very bad experience.. not at all to the standard of oyo rooms i have stayed in. The room was not prepared properly, no towels were available, it was like u have to ask for everything. No hot water was available.attitude of the staff was horrible, they were behaving as if they are doing charity by letting us stay. And the biggest comedy is after all this ill hospitality when you checkout the guy at the reception asks you to rate them good. Lol this how much rate you.

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. If there would have been an option of negative marking, this hotel would have received the same.Location - 1/5, Cleanliness - 0/5, Breakfast - 0/5.The rooms were dirty, linen dirty, washroom dirty without latch, taps not working, Intercom & curtains not provided. Breakfast served at 9.45 am after requesting again and again and that too only limited quantity of poha with tea. Air-conditioning not upto the mark etc.. etc.. Please dont waste your precious time and money on this place. I would rather suggest a good Dharamshala which would be definitely better than this place.

The hotel location from Indore travel point of view is nice but the immediate locality is very shady with abandoned homes and beggar settlement just outside the gates. There are no windows in the rooms for natural light. Which is very inappropriate for a business travel.2. The property had a power cut in the very morning from 7am to 10am which is technically a very prime time for anyone who is on a business visit and there was no provision of power back up aswell. There was no assurity for when would the lights be back and everytime the guy at the reception would say that abhi 5-10 minute me aajayega (nahi aaya). One good point was the guy at reception at that time understood the situation and offered us a transfer to another property.3. The rooms looked decent but were not well cleaned and the toilet fixtures were also not working appropriately.I dont think the idea of business travel is clear to OYO.

Room 301 was on third floor and no lift is there. Room aloted without cleaning. Toiletries not provided. Room service was so efficient that a water bottle took 2 hours to arrive. No waiter to carry luggage on check out. On complaing about such chaos an officer from OYO, Mr.Mandeep Bhasin promised refund of payment on phone which never arrived. OYO and its staff are excellent.

Worst experience ever. The bathroom are not even leveled well thats the fact water gets accumulated also wifi is so slow. Service is slow, in-room service is moderate. We were not able to find location and when we called them they told that they have mailed the link. They mailed us the link to rate them!!! Those bunch of jackass send link to rate them wow!! Never use OYO services they include diner without asking us. They dont know how to serve customers.They are non-professionals.
